I did a poll on my Insta, asking whether you’d like to see a headache help, or fishbowl effect for tonight’s video. It appears several thousand of you have a headache this evening, so I wasted no time getting ready. But I ran into an issue, that ended up being a good one. The yeti pro mic, paired with a new cord, disconnected before I hit play. I went over thirty minutes before noticing, however I am grateful to the phones microphone, which actually balanced the sound pretty well. It’s even softer and I believe helps connect. With that said, allow this hypnosis to help you.
My headache hypnosis series focuses on manipulating the brain to focus elsewhere other than the body’s pain. I use certain chosen sounds and visuals to redirect the user. While being able to relax, your mind will take care of the rest. With or without tingles, this video should help you to relieve some pressure from whatever headache or pain you’re suffering from.

You are the ONLY ASMRtist that has EVER made a headache/migraine video that has actually helped during a.. breakout (I suppose is the word?). Thank you!!! I’ve suffered from severe migraines since I was 7 yrs old and keeping me calm and making it easier for me to sleep during a migraine is SO hard, but with your videos? It’s so much easier!!! Your videos have actually classically trained me to sleep during a migraine when I play one of your headache/migraine videos. ❤
Her and JoJo have the only migraine videos that work for me. She has one video from like 3+ years ago that isn’t even marked for migraines that is one of my top favorites.

I am soo grateful for this video!! I have a huge deadline tomorrow and today I overworked myself and forgot to eat proper food. I became really nauseous right before going to bed, and felt a migraine brewing. Tried listening to asmr and sleeping, but was still nauseous. Then I remembered this video and was like “might as well try it, maybe it helps?” And it REALLY did help!!! The nausea completely went away and I’m so thankful
