I'm not trying to guilt you or anything as this is my experience with a nicotine addicted mother, I lost her recently to cancer, it was in her lungs, liver, kidneys, pancreas, adrenal glands and brain as a result of her smoking. please be very careful when you smoke ml ❤❤

I am soo grateful for this video!! I have a huge deadline tomorrow and today I overworked myself and forgot to eat proper food. I became really nauseous right before going to bed, and felt a migraine brewing. Tried listening to asmr and sleeping, but was still nauseous. Then I remembered this video and was like “might as well try it, maybe it helps?” And it REALLY did help!!! The nausea completely went away and I’m so thankful
I prefer these videos of yours where you blend into a dark background without any jarring distractions like other do. I love your content and hope you keep up the good work--while making sure to take care of your self!
