But after some time I was given headphones and my phone and this was the first video I had watched since the accident that I used to help me sleep. You have no idea how much I needed this. I have trichotillomania, which is a hair pulling disorder caused by anxiety. It has gotten to the point where I have basically no eyebrows and I am super sensitive about it. I’ve been trying my best to grow out my eyebrows for the past four months, and they are coming in slowly, but they look very patchy. I always hear comments from people saying how ugly my eyebrows look, which in turn makes me more anxious and makes me pull out more eyebrow hairs. Hearing you say that I have beautiful eyebrows, even if it’s a video and you can’t see me, makes me feel a confidence in myself that I haven’t felt since I started pulling my eyebrow hairs. I really needed to hear that. Thank you so much for this video.

Two years later, and I still come back to this one. I like listening to Karuna while going to sleep. Helps with tuning out the whooshing sound in my ear(pulsitile tinnitus), and relaxing too. She literally helped me with getting through the nights staying at the college dorms by myself.

I don't know why but I get so many tingles from just people talking to me in ASMR videos. I am a huge introvert in real life so it kinda doesn't make sense, but it's nice to watch videos where ppl talk to you and care about you without being judged or worrying about how to respond and get them to like you. Two years later, and I still come back to this one. I like listening to Karuna while going to sleep. Helps with tuning out the whooshing sound in my ear(pulsitile tinnitus), and relaxing too.
She literally helped me with getting through the nights staying at the college dorms by myself.
