He is such a a great dog, you have trained him effectively and he took the training, because he loves you. And you give him threats.
I think it’s more to do with the treats 😅 Treats are his form of payment, and I wouldn’t go to work without getting paid, so I don’t blame him 😅

There was plenty of room at the back of the waterfall and a clear path to it. It just seems very dramatic with all the water and the noise, but we were very careful 😇🐶 Thanks for watching.

Hello, a great adventure to stand behind the waterfall, you can't see anything like that in Germany, at least I don't know about it. It's clear that Winston doesn't like that. He hears everything much louder than we do. It's nice that there are still nice, friendly people like at the last campsite, stay healthy. VG Oldie
It wasn’t Winston’s favourite thing to do, but he was a good boy and we weren’t behind there for long.

My secret is that I suck at doing makeup so, instead, I binge-watched Dermatologist Dr. Shereene Idriss on RUclips and learned a bit more about how to look after my skin (I'm still experimenting a bit). I can put skincare products on my face better than I can foundation 😅(and if my skin looks shiny in my videos, it is because of my sunscreen.)

Don't get me going about potholes 😂 I'm getting some shock absorbers fitted to my caravan next month to help with the poor road surface. I've also been thinking about making some modifications to my van because she has no off-roading capabilities and cannot cope on Britain's roads. 😅
@@Roz.S I know what you mean. My Fiesta has developed some squeaks and rattles which I think is down to all the poorly maintained roads.

Great vlog again, enjoyed the waterfall as I had never been behind one either virtually or IRL. I would say Winston was as concerned for you as he was for himself behind the waterfall his tail briefly stopped wagging at one point. Good to see a top loader I last used one in Florida, it was fantastic. Ship shape now and on to the next adventure, I look forward to your vlogs so much it makes my day to watch them.
I don't think Winston liked the noise of the waterfall. It was very loud and almost echoed off the back walls. But his tail resumed normal function shortly after 😅👍🏼

Now this is going to read real silly but, I wanted to shut my eyes when you went behind the waterfall , what a nerve-racking experience and exciting at same time. It did remind me a bit when I went behind Niagara Falls in the Maid of the Mist boat. Your adventures keep coming. Winston looks so happy, you do too. Obviously over his pulled ligament. Thanks for taking us along with you. So enjoyed.
I think the music made it more dramatic. Going behind Niagara Falls has got be 10x more nerve-wracking 😱 I'd love to do that one day.

I've always had a thing about playing by water and maybe a bit obsessed with waterfalls, I went to Dalegarth falls a long time ago before they closed it due to storm damage and it was so hot I ended up sitting at the top of the center drop in the rock pool in the sun I had lovely weather which was lucky for that area. It's 60 ft to the bottom from there with a total drop of 150ft.
I can't decide if that sounds lovely or terrifying 😅
I enjoy being near water, I think some survival instinct in us tells us that near water is a good thing.

Loving the Brecons, I've used that campsite, if you go back I would forget Pen Y Fan and go up from the campsite the Fan Hir ridge to Fan Brycheingog taking in the two glacier lakes. Best route in the area. Looking forward to next week's episode.👏

Going behind waterfalls is usually quite easy if it's a vertical drop 😂
Depends on 1) how far back the ledge goes, 2) how much water is coming over the top, and 3) if you can get to the ledge.
I have been to a waterfall that you can walk behind but there was too much water coming over, it flooded the ledge, and the track to it had started to crumble.
But aside from the track to this waterfall being narrow and slippy, it was pretty easy to get to 😅👍🏼

@@Roz.S I've been behind a few waterfalls, I've always found as long as you can get behind and there's enough water it tends to move away from the rock face because of the lip and pouring effect unless the rock face goes outwards towards the bottom, a vertical or inward slope is usually fine, you tend to get an erosion pool at the bottom as well if its a heavy flow. It's easy to see if you get at the side.

Thank you. I think the music is the hardest part. I need tracks that are copyright free, fit the scene, that are the right length, and that most people would like. And I need several tracks for each video. I spend most of my time listening to track and, after a while, they all start to sound the same 😂😂

I'm a member of the Caravan & Camping Club (CCC), but not the Caravan & Motorhome Club (CAMC). I did join the CAMC, but their website annoyed me so much that I cancelled after just 1 hour of membership 😅

I think the power in that waterfall is awesome and it's almost like a racing heartbeat the closer you get to it(or that might just be mine). Winston had his head screwed on by not wanting to get too close but at one point looked a bit concerned for his mum!
It is lovely to find so many nice,kind people (we are out there)and it was a sunny day which also helps! Looking forward to what walks this new site has in store for you both.Safe travels.
Winston was a good boy staying at the back until it was time for us to walk back to the front.

Okay..so here's my secret ...I use an app called AllTrails (also available on desktop) and you can search for a location and it will give you all the nearby walks. You can then filter by distance, difficulty, and rating.
