Roz, in our opinion it is us that thanks you for sharing your adventures. We've watched all episodes and so enjoyed. Heart stopping moments, breath taking views, funny times, sad times. Cold times with just one glove. Oh the list goes on. You and Winston are so lovely.❤ We've been lucky with all our dogs in obedience and training that it has been such a joy to own them so know how you feel about Winston. Does that read right. Well I know what I mean😂 . He is so like our spaniel was. So thank you thank you💕🌹
I know what you mean. I trained Winston so I could do all of these things with him. I also believe that a trained dog is a happy dog because they understand what is expected and are less likely to be confused, frustrated, and anxious, which then makes my life a lot easier and we can enjoy more things together.

totally agree it is a daft system - flashing red light means Stop - amber lights are for service ( or they should be - silly citroen)

Muy buena aventura, como la disfruto Winston a lo largo de los 25 dias. En cuanto al servicio de la camioneta nos sorprende que puedan ser tan incompetentes alla como aca, pero bueno lamentablemente hay que acostumbrarse a decirles todo: hace esto, hace aquello. En fin lo rescatable es que no tardaron tanto, pero en el futuro nos no iriamos nuevamente a hacer el service a ese lugar. Para cerrar el juguete preferido de nuestra Rona en el pais campeon del mundo logicamente es una pelota. Saludos.

Love watching your videos, especially as you're a solo camper with a dog. I'm off on my first adventure next month, NC500,but I'm car camping with my dog Buddy and I'm considerably older than you. Thanks to your Videos, I did a trial run last weekend at Hay on Wye, at exactly the same campsite as you stayed. It was a great trial run, but I may have set the bar a bit high campsite wise, as it was immaculate, plus the weather was great. Thanks again for your videos, can't wait for the next adventure.
Great to hear that you stayed at Hay-on-Wye. It is a lovely campsite, and yes, the facilities were super clean. We did the NC500 last year (before I started vlogging) and the campsites there were great also. Off the top of my head, the two I remember are Sango Sands Campsite and Clachtoll Beach. You're going to have a great time!! 😀

Another enjoyable video, looks like you had a great trip! You did the right thing getting that oil light checked, could have been much worse if not. The Nemo is really a Fiat with a Citroen badge and that seems to be how they indicate they need a service. Citroens have a countdown on the dash and then show a service spanner when due. But, at least you know for next time.
I have never seen a countdown on the dash or a spanner. Either of those would have made so much more sense than a red oil light 😅😅 A red flashing oil light is a silly way to indicate to service! 😅 Anyway, all is well that ends well. If you haven't got there yet, may I recommend the day trip from Oban down to Mull and then Iona. We followed much of your route on our honeymoon and Iona Abbey was just a magical time capsule.
Ahh we’ve passed that already, but we will try and do it another time. We come to Scotland quite reguarly. Thanks for watching 👍🏼

Sadly two hours wait seems to be the Norm with the RAC these days they are supposed to prioritise loan females and Blue Badge holders (as a carer for a family member we had a six hour wait) the problem is not the patrol but the call centre, seeing that you do your checks obviously know how to do things for your self.

Great video . The best behaved dog I have seen. Dashboard lights. My 4 wheel drive indicator comes on from time to time. Crazy as it doesn't have 4 wheel drive. Mine is a Mazda Bongo. All instruction plates are in Japanese. To get a booklet in English £83. So there is plenty of knobs, dials and switches that I haven't got a clue what they do. Hey ho it's fun. George and Jane. 😂

Hi Roz, that was a really enjoyable series of adventures, glad the van was not terminal! Now you have better recording equipment it would be great… if... your next episodes/ adventures could be a bit longer….At least enough time to have a Wednesday cheeky glass of wine whilst watching…
I'll try to. I aim for about 20-30min, but it all depends on what happened. Sometimes it's best to cut an episode short so that the following episode focuses on just one big hike/activity. Nothing is planned, so it just happens as it happens 😅 but I'll try to make them more consistently longer. Thanks so much for watching.

It’s annoying that the garage that serviced the car didn’t reset the service program. You were right to be cautious, better to get the RAC out than risk several thousand pounds on an engine rebuild.
Yep, if I had kept driving and there was an oil fault, it probably would have wrote my van off. Thankfully (although annoying at the same time) it wasn't anything. Thanks so much for watching.

Well, it wouldn’t have been an adventure without some suspense, drama and peril(ish).
You did exactly the right thing, pulling over Roz. You’re always taught, red warning lights (low oil, brakes), mean stop as soon as possible. Whereas, amber warning lights; check engine, service due etc, mean that you can continue your journey, but get the car looked at promptly.
You know what Citroen stands for? Car In Trouble Replacement Of Engine Needed🤣
In fairness, my little van has never let me down before (and she didn’t really let me down this time - just had a silly service light). I’m currently touching all the wood around me!! But yes, the red light flashing did panic me a bit. Anyway, all is well that ends well. Thanks so much for watching our videos and supporting out channel.

The best times always go by too quickly, unfortunately that's how it is in life. But there are new challenges coming for you, new vacation times. It's nice that Winston had fun in the field with his toy. And yes, the car broke down, which luckily there wasn't one in the end and everything went well and you've arrived home safe and sound since then is the most important thing.

The oil light won’t warn you about oil level, it will warn you about low oil pressure.
A flashing oil light would be so worrying for most. Glad you got home safely.

Another amazing vlog Roz and such a joy to watch the interaction between you and Winston. We're still new to "van life " so it's good to see areas that we've yet to visit. I have a van like yours but its branded as a pergeot bipper basically the same thing .I had exactly the same problem but I just ignored it after checking the oil . Then it just went out a couple of days later.
That's what I should have done, but I had a fear of my engine exploding while towing up the M6 😂😂 Anyway, all is well that ends well. Thanks so much for watching.

Hi Roz I'm glad your van is OK, that is a silly way to tell you your van needs a Service but then it's down to the people who service your van before to reset it. I would be having a Word within them next time it goes in for a service well I'm looking forward to seeing the next video.
