  • Day 8 folks and today smashing a brutal arm attack with this 20 Min Arm Workout At Home With Dumbbells
    A tasty little arm workout that will leave those arms torched and pumped in just around 20 minutes
    So what we have here is
    ✅ 10 Exercises in total
    ✅ 5 For the Triceps - back to back
    ✅ 5 For the Biceps - back to back
    ✅ 30 seconds active
    ✅ 10 Secs rest between exercise
    ✅ 3 Rounds of this circuit
    Again as with all the workouts this week. Try and get your heavier lifts in early. If you can maintain that throughout the workout , fantastic
    But if you need to drop it a little come round 3 no shame in that at all as those arms will burn out fast

    Was going to fire up a classic Zeus arm video but like a gift from the Gods there was a new arm video. Just what I needed on arm day. What a great combination of exercises.

    this gave me a great arm burn. used 10# for the 1st round, but realized that was too light so I bumped up to 12.5# for rounds 2&3. That was much better. 1/13/22

    A bench is not a dumbbell. Tiny studio apartment, no bench equivalent. Thought this would be perfect for me but no.
