    Hi friends, Here are a few cooking tips for this recipe. 1) Make sure you brush oil on all the sides of the pan, so the omelette won't stick on the pan. 2) Roll up the omelette before it is fully cooked. 3) Move the pan around to control the temperature of the pan. 4) Don't add too much cheese or other ingredients to the omelette because it may cover the flavour of the eggs. Be moderate. 5) It taste the best when it is warm. If you eat it cold, you may add a little bit more sugar. Taste better. If you like my recipe, please like and share my video. Thank you. :)

    I like it, he saves. I will of course do it with spinach 😆😆😆 and I will add turmeric to the eggs, they will have a beautiful golden color 😆😆😆

    要做得嫩不容易。

      要在蛋液未完全凝固前就要開始捲。。。熄了火才整形。。。:)

    既然有鍋鏟幹嘛非得用筷子整,用著彆扭看著也彆扭。錯誤示範嗎?

      因為對我來說用筷子比較容易呀,但是有很多支持者是外國人,他們不會用筷子。

      日本厨师都用筷子做的,而是非常熟练,看了不别扭!
