This looks yummy! My husband and I eat eggs for breakfast nearly every day. Cooked all ways. Fried, scrambled, poached, boiled and yes, omelettes. I’ve never tried to make such a large omelette. But I want to try to make one just on a smaller scale as it’s just the two of us. Maybe a six egg omelette.
