anyone wondering what the batter in the first clip is, it looks to be pancake batter. pancake, sausage, egg, & cheese combo is very popular in the Us as well as korea & japan. my favorite was sweet red bean in a pancake. only thing i would have done different was put an even later of cheese over the whole sausage, not just on the ends! very good video💖

For the second video, I think that they made a simple bread batter (looks like it's taken some time to rise) then rolled it around in panko. Could be wrong but that's what it looks like to me.

My mom made a special cornbread batter with chopped bacon and honey sweetened; she had a big old cast iron muffin pan with the corncob shapes and would drop a Ball Park frank in each then fill with the cornbread batter: man was that delicious!

The first guy takes such gentle care of the food he's making, like it's his babies. A true cook. If I were a millionaire, I'd pay him a lot to be my chef!
i love how people are asking for the recipe when it is obvious that less people would go to their store to buy their food once they know the ingredient. Its like you opened a restaurant, and people ask you for the recipe so they can make it at home.
I know how to make sweet and sour and teriyaki chicken but that doesnt mean panda express lost my business forever
But people who buy food on street or delivery don't have time or don't want to cook, that's why they prefer restaurants. I'm pretty sure a lot of locals knows the recipes of many street food, but end up buying it done from restaurants because it's easier.
Most of us are in different countries.

i always wonder how affordable these foods are, they seem so laborious and require many more ingredients than fast food does in the west, which is no longer even cheap
They r usually around $1~5, used to be cheaper. The 1st Korean egg bread is less than $1.
