In the US NJ we just call that a bacon egg and cheese or a pork/taylor ham egg and cheese put it on a hard roll or bagel. I like how they make it though. Looks delicious

You just seem to be fooled by the folding technique, which does nothing to the taste. That dog food was in a gigantic hermetic can. YUMMY! My point still remains, that's not a chef. It's a "burger flipper"

It can be done, I work as a chef for 30 years but American people don't like to wait for food, can only cook about 4 of these at the same time ( on the video hes cooking 1 / 2 at the time), first 4 would be done in about 5 minutes plus the time to put it on the plate and every other 4 sandwiches will keep adding 5 minutes more. it will take a big kitchen and several flat gridles to handle few orders, I already can see people waiting on line for more than 30 minutes for an easy sandwich. lots of mad customers, next day kitchen its closed, :( Monte Cristo sandwiches are very close to these ones, just ask to add the cabbage corn and sauce.:)

I live in korea right now but am from the US. You'd be surprised because the sandwiches are very light in flavor despite the look. You won't be able to taste the meat and these sandwiches are usually sweet. Just personal preference but I wish the sandwiches here had more flavor.
@@pongdang989 I love to experiment and found that some flavors you would think wouldn't go together actually do very well. Cheddar cheese and Nutella is a prime example. Cheese tends to go with anything, even though you may not believe it, I use I Cheddar or Mozarella to top a lot of my meals. A combo of sweet and savory is often a big hit.

Back in the 80's I worked for a large computer company and traveled a lot. I would spend maybe a month in Taiwan, Korea, China and other countries. I absolutely loved and miss the street food. I would take 5 Tupperware containers to street vendors on Saturday and then pick them up on Sunday and take them back to my room with a fridge. Those were my lunches for the week. I left it up to them what they would give me. Many times I had no idea what I was eating. The local people I was working with would tell me complete BS what it was trying to freak me out. It worked. I think each meal was like $1.00. I gave them $20 for the 5 meals in American money which was better than gold. Boy do I miss all that food. When I was in China I had a handler and wasn't allowed to go anywhere without him. Also had 2 guys in a black car following us all the time. Most street vendors were afraid to take money from me for the food because of that. I would always hide it under something before I left. Back then, EVERYONE wanted to shake my hand or bow to me or touch me. Not many Americans back then. Especially China. Boy do I miss the street vendors!!!!

대부분 니트릴 장갑은 본인 손 보호용(?)으로 쓰고 더러운 것도 만지고 하는데 저기는 장갑 바꿔가는건 좋네요.
근데 도마 위에 음식 외의 물건을 올리는 건 대부분의 곳과 똑같네요. 음식은 맛있어 보입ㄴ디ㅏ.
도마위에 이것저것 기물 올리는 것도 그렇고.
장갑 바꾸기는 하지만 통조링이랑 이것저것 만지고 그대로 햄이랑 기타 음식재료 다 만짐.
결국 장갑 바꾸는건 보여주기식일 뿐. 의미없음.
