So as you may have noticed, we didnt have the right profile on this camera. Rest assured it has been fixed and looks amazing... when we actually use it properly.
I was about to say that my eyes hurt
I was about to comment about the video. All good, video's interesting so far idc about the quality so much
Next up, LN2 cooled camera?
Just a thought, why not create a pump system to pump the LN2 into the pots that ways the LN2 is getting added consistently
Next video LN2 on cpu and sli ?
I like the video quality of the older camera more, this one has some noise and colors offsets. Also the audio quality went down by a little bit.
Was about to comment it myself. Probably poorly graded slog footage
well it’s not gonna be immediately perfect on the first few go‘s
@@gurke-of2mk True, that's why I am giving feedback to them.
Do you not recognize the Cyberpunk colors and film grain? :D

you mean liquid nitrogen?
@@Muralidharan001 literally any form of nitrogen.
And cheaper
@@IsaacHoweiner well almost 80 % of the earths atmosphere is nitrogen - that made that argument a bit odd ;)

I feel like jay has more 3090s than microcenter ever received.
Kingpin sent him 2 cards with all the stuff to do the LN2. So yeah, he has probably 6-10 30 series cards he gets to keep for whatever. I really think he needs to go ahead and get a new motherboard for the next round of testing.
bruh 3090s aren’t that rare if you live next to a microcenter there’s some in my microcenter in nj and all 4 nyc locations probably have more of em too I would get one if I could afford it but 13 years old can only get so much money
3090's are now common due to the terrible price/performance you get with them for gaming
@@xXaShLeY1991Xx they are not meant for gaming it’s meant for editors and streamers who need to render and stream videos and game play and for people who need beefy gpus to go with their CPU’s (Ryzen 9s threadrippers and all that Jazz)

Not a serious overclocker.. 2 kingpins, coached by kingpin himself with all the secrets of the trade and an industrial LN2 tank in the studio lol.
I know right, and I thought I was an expect back in the day with my ATI Rage 128 16MB, getting 50% overclocks with a house fan pointed at the card. xD

Jay is such a mad scientist when he's doing LN2. Love it
His hap hazard way of doing things is entertaining. I don't know why I watch his vids, is it the educational content or the potential of a catastrophic failure at any point in whatever he is doing? XD
Jay I really appreciate that you got more into extreme oc lately, you're making it more popular what is really good for the scene. Also ppl could see that this is not only about pouring ln2 and magic score appears on the screen kind of playground but still HUGE fun :). Thank you again and keep pushing!
it looks like someone put the video in a microwave then uploaded it, but very cool video
I don't even notice a difference to be honest
Thank goodness I saw this comment I had a aneurism when I saw that thinking my brand new 2080 had wet the bed already lmao
Nope not just me, jays shitty upload!
It looks like it's using a Cyberpunk 2077 filter on the video

LOVE the LN2 Overclocking vids! Keep 'em coming!
“Windows keeps getting involved” 😂
I know, right? I LOL'd as soon as he said that and said, "like it ALWAYS does?"
This is why ever since Windows Vista, I unplug my system from the network. One time, Windows decided - in the middle of a driver install - to go "Hey you dont have video drivers, let me help you with that!" and installed its own driver at the same time. Needless to say, the system imploded and I had to spend another hour cleaning that shit out. M$ needs to pull their heads out of their asses and let me control my own damn PC.
@@Wraithdagger I had a message on my windows computer the other day. “The driver we are trying to install is potentially worse than the current driver, we will keep trying to install it.”
I have a picture of it because that is honestly brilliant... 😂
@@Wraithdagger luckily for me I'm only connected for a couple days a week lol
there is so much contrast in the new camera, and the colors look off, kind of washed out and like more on the B&W side.

Pretty sure they filmed it on a phone judging by the deep depth of field
They got a new camera yesterday, so obviously still getting used to it.
Jay look into reducing variables, and by variables I mean you poring LN2. Try to set up a micro controller to control the input of LN2 and the torch. If you get the system set-up well enough you could have the Arduino hold the pots at a pre-set temp
if you ever want to revisit this, Make a metal funnel/ tube setup that splits the pouring of the LN2 as evenly as possible between the pots
6:48 don't forget LTT store for the bottle ;)
Jay: I am not an extreme overclocker
also Jay: someone got close to my score, let's beat my own score. ( To stay or beat 2nd place)
Sometimes I think that people like jay/linus/bitwit calmly all have the answers, but watching videos like this really let's me know that there is a process of trial and error coupled with a bit of panic just like when something goes wrong with my PC. This is not boring this is comfy, I could fall asleep to the LN2 sounds. Maybe an LN2 ASMR stream in the future? 😅
I love these videos, Jay is in them and something I will most like never get to do.
Jay I think maybe adding a funnel to each pot might help with the splashing of the ln2. Plus it would be easier for u to pour it into the pot as well.
You know I would try to do the extreme over clock in an industrial freezer that is 7 degrees F like at restaurants. Would be cool to see this as a better solution to get rid of condensation

Hey Jay I bent the Pins on my CPU, RIP, but I watched your video and thanks to you my PC was up and running within a couple hours of the mishap. Thanks!
The video is really grainy D: Is that because of the new camera? I hope not :c
its because of the new camera
@@glovebox9000 The transitions are grainy and pixellated loads too, I think it's more likely a combination of dialling in camera settings and some weirdness going on with YT.
As far as I know he probably has the wrong profile on the camera
Fab some sort of a funnel so you only have to pour 1 and it splits between the 2 pots
Hey, Phil. I can see graining on Jays sweater! Might need to up that bitrate!
I love yours' and Steve Burke's work shop they look so similar in the layout. I love this video!
I feel like a funnel will help a lot with the pouring (even better if it goes into both tubs at the same time)
I would think something along the lines of the pour spouts used on liquor bottles at bars, better control on amounts and you'd be able to direct it into the cooler much better.
It's so cool. And relaxing and interesting. Loving it.
Jay, More LN2 content please, videos and live streams. Also more updated custom loop / water cooling content would be nice! ;)

Hey Jay! Have you thought about making some sort of shroud to go around both of the LN mounts? Almost to act like a sort of funnel, directing the LN right into the pots mouth, and helping with the splashs and overpours onto the motherboard!!! I think its worth looking into and could dramatically improve your ability to maintain temps!
You could use a thick metal burette attached to reservoir for a consistent dripping flow. You should be able to achieve a thermal steady state easily.
Why is the thought "two pipe funnel" echo in the back of my head?
Time to watch this video enough for Jay to break even and profit on that dual input thermometer!
He could have saved money by just buying a second thermometer and used both.
I like the new pot setup. . . Maybe using pour spout on your thermis of some sort would help with the pouring.
sometimes i feel like selling my new (regular) crazy gaming pc because the hobby can seem overwhelming, so much to learn even after coming such a long way, so many little things to watch out for. then i look at stuff like this that Jay is doing and i realize i have no room to complain

What a nice retro camera you got there!
You could tying the grounds of the power supplies together, you could be generating noise through a ground loop.

I find it interesting & fun, especially when we can see you learning, like keeping 2 pots consistent is way harder than one so thanks for taking us on the ride,
Vince does make it look easy,
also the Faulty Bridge stopping the 2 PSUs from working, it is amazing how PC parts can cause problems that you would consider unrelated,

You've got an amazing grammer...
Put the rig on a ups with voltage correction to even further smooth out the power.
Really liking these videos though. It is fascinating to watch and learn.
Floating ground between the power supplies. Hook the neg output on both supplies together. Other wise you could kill every thing connected to both supplies.

Whenever I see the water bottles I say “LTTstore.com”
that's what they WANT you to think!
Can’t wait to see the next video be with the problems solved!
@JayzTwoCents when you are using 2 psu's you need to short ground pins of both psu. Remember only ground pin. Take any one pin from each psu. Hope this helps!
Better make sure to emphasize the performance gain to ray tracing when overclocking, or my boys @nvidia might not send you reference cards anymore lol
Okay where's Jay's carer, this is getting out of hand.
