      this felt so good. I'd like some absolute beginners workouts 10 Minute no equipment etc. That's all I can carve out at the moment.

    I am the opposite of flexible and I'm always looking for a decent 10 minute stretch that's doable and effective and I've finally found that here! Thank you so much!

    Fantastic program for increasing flexibility. Really appreciate all the content you’re putting out. Since you asked for thoughts on other videos, here are a few: (1) how to think about putting together an overall program using your video content (e.g., how many days a week, how you might suggest mixing and matching); (2) extended workouts (say 30 or 40 minutes); (3) more follow alongs with different exercises so that you can switch them up (e.g., another 10 minute ab or 20 minute kettlebell but with different content to keep it fresh); (4) thoughts on nutrition. Frankly, everything you’re putting out is pure gold.

      Thanks, usefully feedback. 1) I’d recommend 3-4x 20-30min Fitness or Strength Follow Along per week plus the 5 morning mobility every day or a longer stretch follow along 2-3x / week. Sounds like a lot but added up wouldn’t be too much and keep you in great shape.
      2) Planning on doing some more 30min ones over next 2-3 weeks 👌
      3) Another Kettlebell one is def on the cards
      4) Would love to do a nutrition one once following has increase a bit.

    The first 3 minutes of the work out why can’t I get into them positions? It seriously hurts to try and I can’t get any where near that position

      Elevate your hips sitting on some large yoga blocks, thick cushion or 2 smaller ones to make first few stretches easier 👍🏼

    I was looking for a good video I could use to stretch while taking aa break from work and I found this one it looks nice, and it feels easy to follow also its ten minutes perfect if I want to take a break from slouching on my desk.

    Like the video but wish there were more for neck and shoulders along with it. I like dynamic stretches for before a workout but need one with true full body, including neck and shoulders

    I really like your 10 mins stretching and 30 mins dumbell workout videos, I created a 6-days a week workout plan, each plan contains 30 mins strength video, a 10 mins core video and a 10 mins stretching video. Now I also do a 10 mins stretching everying morning.

    Day 1 of advent challenge down! Enjoyed the movements. Think is a really good one to try and do regularly. My dog was not very supportive!

    Love this! Worked on some of my desk sitting tightness but also my legs from your workouts and running. 😊.
    You might have already done it but a stretch video for some of the smaller muscle groups (calf, shoulder, bicep, tricep, forearm) and joint mobility like ankles and wrists. 👍

    This is an amazing beginner stretch!but i would like to know how much calories do you burn within watching this video, if you have any idea of how much, please let me know

      Not quite the ideal video if you’re looking to burn a lot of kcal. Much more than sitting around though.

    Is there something I can do without mats? I don't have mats so my bones pushing against the floor feels like they are going to shatter.
