came across the thump215 and thrash215 and heard that thump is better. but the thing is that theres only 60 USD price difference between the 2. so, is there a big difference in terms of sound?

I bought mackie thump 215 XT speakers, I have a phone with Android 14. There is no synchronization. When will you synchronize the thump connect 2 application and android 14?
How could i connect the sr18s subwoofer directly to this speaker? I can in the srt215 with the mixer out but in this model the thru out doesn’t work to get signal to the bass
I am sure this won't get answered, but I will ask anyway. I bought a pair of the 212 XT's and the 118S sub... based on the bluetooth and connect features. Sorely disappointed to find out that while using Bluetooth, I can't use the sub. Bluetooth doesn't not pass out of the thru jack to my sub, and the sub doesn't "connect" to the XT's. I went this route thinking it would be an easy setup... no need for a mixer. Bluetooth music to the XT's and run a "thru" to the sub. But that's a big NOPE. If I plan to use the sub, I have to drag out the mixer. What a shame. Why not pass the bluetooth signal out of the Thru connection?
Having the same problem! Lucky i tested all this out before i bought a sub because not even the music store knew about the bluetooth being useless if you want to run a sub! Mackie need to go back to the drawing board on this one! Can’t even control the volume of the sub out of the thru output!
@@Wazza722 I agree... crazy how that slipped through. I sold all my Mackie stuff. All it took was running my 212 Thump next to an old school Mackie SRM 450. The Thump was so weak compared to the older SRM 450.

Is the 15XT worth the extra money over the regular 15 sound wise?

What keeps these speakers cool? I see no fan vent.
They are ultra efficient so they don't really get that warm

Sorry ….work very hot….and that is no good….engiriers add a little fan for tropical and outdoor works…..good luck☹️
These don't run hot they are ultra efficient and don't get to warm at all you must be clipping the hell out of them for them to run hot
