Just realized this is a lesson for younger people. Invest in a caste iron!! They last forever, cleaning them is bare miminum work (not curing them, just wash them with water), and nearly everything you eat in your early to mid 20s...and late can be made in them. They're above $60 and even if you don't take proper care of it, you can just worry about that later.
