I am confused how to complete 21 Pds ?
If i apply for ecba certification then they will provide the training or we need to complete by own.?

IIBA does not provide any training, its a certifying body. The Endorsed Education provider (EEPs) like Techcanvass provide the training for the certification and you get the 21 PDs, once you complete the training.
Please note that the course, you attend, must be an IIBA endorsed course for 21 hrs.

Sure. Solution Evaluation and Strategy Analysis knowledge areas now have 0%age weightage. Techniques has 17.5% (increase of 5%) and Requirements Analysis and design definition has 25% (increase of 1%age).
