How do you like to prepare your French fries?
Waiting for the guy that says he always makes fresh and would never use frozen fries.
Fresh fries suck
I don't understand why anyone uses a frozen fry. Fresh, always!
It’s more of a cost/benefit thing really
You have to freeze them after you make them fresh otherwise they're inedible.
@@jacobshort5378because who tf cares enough to make them
Long ago, McDonald's used to use beef tallow to fry their fries. Nowadays, they use poison seeds oil. Highly inflammatory. Avcado oil has high smoke points best for deep frying.
No evidence for that statement about seed oils.
Obligatory boomer whining about beef tallow like its a health serum, canola oil as well as soy bean is fine unless you’re drinking it. There’s just a lot of stupid people unfortunately
Avocado oil is far too expensive to use for deep frying
@@ericmalitz believe it is easy to find info about most seed oils cause inflammation...
@@Vookem-go ahead and find the conclusive evidence then.
One on the seasonings on seasoned curly fries that another fast food chain uses would be nice!
Instead of seasoning the fries directly after cooking, what I do is add whatever condiment you like (ketchup, mustard, bbq sauce, etc) to the fries first then add the seasoning so it sticks to the sauce so all the parts of the fries that are covered by sauce are seasoned too.🙌🏾
Adding it to the sauce causes it to dissolve more, ruining the texture and the way the salt stands out.
Thats some ghetto shit, ngl fam
That’s a recipe for disaster. If you want soggy fries then sure. Sauce on the side is superior. Also, everyone knows if you just add stuff on top of fries then the fries beneath are pretty much void of any toppings.
01:20 Olive and Avocado oils are the healthiest oils to cook with. You can deep fry in EVOO. Prior to Covid, I did it all the time.
When do you salt them if it’s on air fryer
@@samot1237 I should've clarified that I went Keto after Covid hit. I don't eat fries now but when I did eat them, I salted immediately after cooking.
The great thing about air fryers is that most people will reduce their use of unhealthy seed oils.

Put them on a baking sheet before putting them in the oven….how else do you cook them?!?!
The air fryer is great for fries.

McDonald’s fires are great and fresh cooked well, and delicious to the tastes .
@@BR549-8 okay
They do not use beef; it’s an imitation flavoring.
Wait, this isn't a video about corned beef..

Beef stock in french fries
I don't believe that.
@@rickv9251 welp... believe it!! Used to work at McDonald's and It's definitely TRUE!!!
That was removed years ago when the vegan natzis complained that a burger joint had meat in there food
@@kerryalfaro9437 how do you do it? The fries will get soggy
@@kerryalfaro9437 ok , fries come in frozen then when you open the bag of fries the fries does not have the color of beef stock
Years ago McDonald's used to use beef tallow for frying the fries. McDonald's stop using the Tallow years ago..
I didn't know they use beef in their fries...im not vegetarian/vegan, but that something that McDonald's should advertise a bit better so those people will know.
P.S - when I look at their website it says they are using "beef flavoring" not beef stock.
I think they might have used beef drippings way, way back. Not any more.
Vegetarians/vegans can't be too bright. Why would they go to McDonalds in the first place?
They used to use beef tallow but removed in the '80's because vegetarians complained as they thought they was no animal products used for them.
@@Schizz_Popinov No, they did it because of the anti-fat craze that was becoming popular. People thought oil was healthier.
It’s a fake beef flavoring (dairy)
McDonald’s has the best fries.
Nothing is better then freshly cooked McDonald’s Fries
this is an unbelievable bull !
As hell
McDonald's fries have beef, lactose and gluten. The normal "saving grace" of people who have dietary restrictions(French fries are usually safe) is utterly destroyed at McDonald's.
They don’t use beef.
@ericmalitz it is in the ingredients list right on their website.
@@KRPlourde1prove it.
Hint: imitation beef flavoring (dairy source) is not beef.
