This was very inspirational. I am 59 and only got back into exercise again about six months ago. You said it right about your muscles feeling awake.

It really does help. It's never too late to take back control of your health and its fun. Keep training Anthony, whatever your goals big or small you can do it.
Best of luck to you and thanks for watching. 😊

Keep up the good work , Damian....If you can combine the features of the X5 with the interchangeable springs , then , I believe you will have the ultimate Bullworker.. ...My old X5 is 42 years old.....It still works....It has lost some of its tension , but as I age , this suits me fine.....Good luck , and I look forward to more of your Bullworker videos ....Try to always feel the exercise "bite ". ...It' s a mild , but addictive , discomfort, and very empowering.....Bullworker forever.

Appreciate your review. I obtained one of these India Bullworkers during the shutdown era. A friend of mine scoured secondhand stores and picked it up for $5 US. You're spot on on most, but I also noticed that the plastic they use for the handle is not as high of quality as the original Bullworker, such as your MK2 model. Where the cables exit the handles is a weak point, at least for mine. It has torn the plastic. Overall, the spring is fairly tough/high in resistance. I use this one mixed in with my X5 model during workouts. I can use this for Archers, but chest compressions are tougher for me with this unit. It may be that I'm a bit shorter and the arm length is not as long to provide me with the proper leverage. I find the X5 more suitable for me during chest compressions.
Anyway, thank you for this review.

Hello, thanks for your comment and glad you enjoyed my take on this variant of the bullworker. On my bullworker I've not really noticed the weak point and the handles plastic seems quite solid, maybe I just got lucky. I'd say the only thing that could have been better is the length of the unit falls slightly short of the bullworker 2, but the overall build quality I found quite satisfactory. It will have to stand the test of time like the others I suppose and if its still here in 40/50 years then we'll know its a good one lol. 😅 👍

Another great video, when you crushed that bullworker with one arm I nearly dropped my phone. 😂 strong! Regarding the new bullworker classic with changeable springs I got mine second hand on ebay and was so blown away by it I bought the steelbow brand new.

I do think the new bullworker has a lot to offer, but the prices just don't seem fair mate. The best offer I've had was £60 which I declined because it only had one spring included which kind of defeats the object. The best price I had new was £150 for a brand new complete unit. I do think the new idea of the interchangeable springs is a game changer, especially if you have unilateral muscular issues. A few months back I tore a bicep weight training and had I had a lighter spring option I wouldn't have needed to stop training for a few weeks while it healed, so there's alot of benefits to the updates on the bullworker.
Personally the X5 (especially the X5 Red) works best for my strength level.
Thanks for watching Rob, will give you a shout out in the next video. 😉👍

I have probably close to sixty bullworker devices. I have way too many, but I love collecting them. By the way, I have that model and it’s not bad!

An excellent video. I see it in the same way. I started with the Iso7X. The new models have their advantages, but the price is much higher. You will get the same results with the older ones or the cheaper models. The important thing is the regular training. There is a big difference between Marketing and the real workout. My favorite device is the Bullworker. I also have the modern ones, but my ISO7 is still my choice when I do a perfect workout. Maybe it is the same with Yours for You.

I do see the benefits of the new generation bullworker devices, namely the spring strength options. All else just seems like fancy marking patter. For me the original X5 is still and will always be the best workout. In my next video I will discuss this in more depth.
      Thanks for watching and commenting.

I also have a blue bullworker. It's quality is high. But, it doesn't have the spring changing option like the original bullworker. It's very hard for a beginner to start working out with it. I am wearing wrist straps, since it's putting too much pressure on my wrists. I think they should provide us several springs of different resistance levels with the bullworker.

I cut the hand grips off mine, they're just annoying.
