You are correct about the batteries not charging the same it's called equalization and it will run a battery or set down over time.

I am wanting to buy a golf cart but it’s too expensive I am wondering if I could negotiate and if so how much do you think is the max that they will go down if you don’t know just let me know how much you think they will go down

all sellers are different. You should always try to negotiate in my opinion unless both parties are very aware of an item's value and the seller is asking a fair price. Very few folks are so stubborn that they won't negotiate or will get insulted if you try to negotiate. The best chance is finding a "motivated" seller... someone who needs the cash or needs to get rid of the item. Good luck!

I found a lot of 2 non running Gas golf carts. Club cars from a government agency.. Advertised as non running. But its two for $600 going to look tommorow.. Not sure what to look for though as I won't be able to test out or fully diagnose.

that sounds like the sort of thing I'd gamble on

Watching this in 2022, I have to laugh when he talks about batteries being expensive, upwards of $600. They're double that only 6 years later.

yeah, they are so expensive and need to be replaced again, so I am contemplating buying a gas cart instead of dumping $1000+ into batteries that will probably last 3 years great and 2 more years with noticeably less life

WJ, this is creepy. I have followed you with CVPIs and now I found out you like golf carts too. Ive had all three big name carts. My current cart is a Yamaha Drive gasser (29 mph). The Club Cars are probably the best and EZ GOs are definitely the worst.
