I did the gravity intercooler the same time you was doing it, now I’ve finally got the time to do the upgrade
Where did you get the piping from?
I used the hard pipes from the gravity kit and got all the silicon hoses from creation motorsport

Cheers mate 👍 I was using 3mm thick 30mm wide stainless Steel I used an angle grinder to cut and pure strength to bend it In the vice. Defo feels a lot smother i think because of a better core on the intercooler which doesn't just let the boost just fly through without any real restriction

absolutely mate wasn't impressed with the gravity stuff and was always in the back of my mind to change it and so glad I did 👍

Saturday I’m working on mine - slowly but surely getting where i want it - new seat belts came back and just ordered new black liner and pillars - will wait till after winter to get new carpets hoping to have it pretty much sorted for the next meet fingers crossed lol keep up the great videos and work

Have you got links for everything purchased for the set up?
I don't sorry but the cooler is a toyo sport 600x300x76 and hoses are creation motorsport all can be found on ebay 👍🏻
Im running 550x140 cooler, will I benefit more from 550x230 as I am seeing high IATS on k04? Thanks!
Mines a 600x300x76 and is recommended by most tuners
