amazing video, straight to the point 🔥👍🏼
Thank you :)
Thank you very much for making this video
I've just bought the exact same one, and the quality and price from SVBony is superb
Yeah I am a fan of SVBony. They generally have good stuff.
Have you had any issues with focusing? On mine, I have to turn the focusing knob all the way in to a point the tube actually falls off the guide rack. I am using a Svbony field flattenener / reducer. Canon 7D. I can never get this to focus clearly. Thx Mike
I have a Mirrorless R7 and use a EF-EOS R mount adapter for my older DSLR lens. Do you know if I would have any problems ?
Can we use this svbony for canon eos rebel t100?
Hi,I bought asweel a T ring a T ring adaptor too for my 200P Dobsonian but when I try to attach to camera(Nikon D40)old one I know😁it’s saying on screen “no lens attached”.I am doing something wrong or just my camera is to old?
Does the cylinder fit 2 inch openings as well as 1-1/4 openings?
I have the same tube, using a Canon EOS 2000D, and I’m having difficulties seeing absolutely anything on the camera screen, not even the brightest star in the night sky. After (guessing) I’ve pointed the telescope at something I take a quick 10 second exposure, and, there’s nothing. Could you give me any small advise?
Hello, I'm about to pick up a used telescope to try my hand at a little astrophotography (I have the sky-watcher but want to get that higher focal length) and I know I'm going to need the set-up you've shown here. Is there a model number or link for it? I don't seem to see it in your description links. I think I've found the right one but want to make sure before ordering. I see an SvBony T2 T-ring adaptor...CA1 sleeve extended cylinder..." for Canon at $18 US, that sounds about right, doesn't it? Thanks! Nice video, by the way.
Gday Robert,
Well done. Hope you have lots of fun with astrophotography. Your description sounds right.
Here's the link just to be sure: www.amazon.com.au/SVBONY-Photography-Dedicated-Extended-Telescope/dp/B0114BB908
Hope its helpful.
Thank you, sir! Looks good.
how do you take pictures or videos? i believe 1100d won't work without an attached lens?
It will work without attached lens. Try it :)
How would you add an eye piece to that set up?
Inside the extension tube. Eyepiece should face the sensor.
hello, you use also uhc filter with your camera. I wonder this filter is necessary or not? can I start astrophotography without this filter?
Hey, you can start astrophotography without any filters. Actually, its better to start without filters. That way, you learn the basics very well. Its definitely not essential, although they help reduce light pollution.
@@AstroOnbudget thanks for response 👍
How to add a UV filter between this adapter and Telescope?
Just insert it into you camera sensor if you are buying the camera filter. And for the other round eyepiece filters, you just screw it on the end of the spacer tube
Is is compatible with R8
Does it work with canon rebel t2i
Yes it does !
you didnt explane the cylinder -- how do we know if we need it or not - you didnt tell us what the heck it is used for
What's that thing that looks like a filter on the camera?
Do you mean the UHC filter?
I guess so. It fits over the sensor?
I mean, wouldn't the camera's reflex mirror hit the filter when it flips up and down?
@@charesealbow5357 No these filters are designed to make sure that doesn't happen. However you can only use EF lens. Can't use Ef-s.
@@AstroOnbudget I see. Are these filters available for Nikons as well?
i got same kit, and eos 550d ... 3 days i try and cant focus at all....
Really? Worked find for me
I'm having the same issue with or without the extension
@@kylec632 .. try playing around with different setups.... it was long time ago i managed to get it working but i forgot how i did that exactly.
Same problem, i think Is the collimation
