My personal build is my favorite. I call it “Death Incarnate”. Basically, you equip the ghost armor, Charm of Ikazuchi-no-Kami, Charm of Amaterasu, Charm of Fortune 1 & 2, Charm of Inari’s Might, and the Charm of Bludgeoning. It lets you one shot every other enemy you fight while restoring your health.

Its cool to see how many diff type of builds you can squeeze out they all seem unique in their own way. Hopefuly they add a hoard mode soon so you can really test these out
@@SamPhamNBA2KTipsandTutorial yeah actually even me, i was thinking what is your next build because you did all build possible i guess your next is a tank build really, how about make avid for the best fighting combo to every stance for maximum damage😄
you should use the kensei armor with the same charm set up, throw kunai which will instantly stagger (most of) the enemies (at least on normal i haven’t played on higher difficulties yet), then just run around hitting each enemy once or twice while they can’t fight back, you’ll get a bonus 50% melee damage instead of a bonus 30% from the armor which will make you do way more damage, plus the enemies will already be damaged from the kunai so you shouldn’t have too much trouble just destroying every enemy you come across, as long as you can keep up your kunai supply
Btw what do you think of adding additional "Charm of Destruction I" (5%) to this build to get the total of 60% chance to do double dmg? That means removinv "Inari's Might"
Is about an extra 10% I say don’t do it if you have inari might at max level. Is hard to ignore that massive boost to make up for if double don’t trigger or when it dies trigger. If you don’t have max version than definitely take the 60%
I did this build on hard mode because enemies were damage sponges. In lethal mode, you can do this without focusing so much on damage charms. Enemies already die in 1-3 hits so doing hit and run tactics with slash dash is satisfying. Just run around and make sure you're not surrounded. They'll get to you one at a time and then deal with whoever is in front. Battousai would be proud.
This build is a lot of fun because sword combat in the game is so satisfying. It's definitely a tough build to pull off though on lethal in some scenarios. If you get surrounded by enemies or are trying to take on a lot at once it becomes pretty tough not to die 😂
Hands down the best GoT build videos. Ty for all the hard work with showing how same build works on different difficulty etc. This is incredible! As for the Ronin/Sakai - I have been running exact same build (mostly ronin) on my 2nd playtrough on Kurosawa/Lethal/Expert HUD and it fucking rocks. It really feels like u are hitting them with a real sword. At the same time ur also Glass-Cannon and go down in 1/2 hits. One thing I would add - Parries are just as important for this build. One parry into 1/2 slashes and their dead. Perfect parry? - Instant K.O. even on most Brutes/Generals.
I learnt from you guys is important to show both difficulties since lethal and hard plays out so differently. I agree with you tho this build is definitely for seasoned players and is extremely rewarding lol
I am definitely using this build!!! Make another with the mongol armor, it's because I like it so much, it would be perfect if you made a build with it.
Thats a great build. I like playing stealthy so im using the kensei armor with charm of hidden blades, charm of incineration, charm of silence, charm of enduring affliction, and 2 charms of advantage. Its a great ghost weapons build just kill everything with the fire cracker black powder bomb combo and you can take out big groups of enemies and throwing 2 kunai destroys groups as well bc of the ghost weapon damage stacked and the kensei armor perk. Great stealth build. Nice video btw!
So I played this build almost all day yesterday! Some thoughts - it's honestly not that effective, at least on Lethal. Reason being that you already do pretty absurd damage amounts even without damage modifiers. The 30% damage modifier on the Ronin Armor is just not needed on Lethal - using this same set up with say the Ghost Armor for example is much more effective because the terrify effect combined with the faster ghost stance is just far more desirable then the additional 30% melee damage. Most enemies will die on Lethal difficulty without any damage modifiers at all in a couple of swings. This makes a lot of your other builds a way better option for Lethal. This build is fun though if your a pro at dodging, it does feel pretty bad ass. It's also good on hard mode, and it's also pretty sick for boss fights and duels cause you kill absurdly fast. Thanks for all of these build tutorials my friend, appreciate the content!
Yes i agree with you on lethal vs mobs this build isn’t as great as the others. On hard mode tho this build hits very well but you are right this build is absurd on duels. No need to stagger lol I like to imagine this is how lord Shimura would have wanted it haha not most effective but damn it fight with honour LOL
i have a favourite build which i made. charm of fortune 1 and 2, charm of susanoo, charm of dual destruction II two times and charm of inaris might. pair that with the fully upgraded sakai clan armour and your good to go.
How does the duel destruction charms compare to just stacking Ferocity charms with this build? 50% chance for double damage vs just a flat permanent increase. I don't know what "moderate" equates to in terms of % though for comparison.
I think moderate even if stacked is not worth the sheer damage of the 50% chance double. And Remember that double is for all damage types, stagger or melee. If you watch into the spoiler part I finished the end game boss with like 6 melee hits, that’s not normal lol
There’s people tested it recently. Ferocity charms does stack but it works less efficiently every charm you equip. 3 ferocity charms doesn’t mean 3 moderate increase. If you insist to equip ferocity charm, one is enough. However, charms with % stacks completely so percentage builds are op if you have 2 charms of fortune.
@@louistim10689 so basically once two fortune charms are equipped, you only need 1 destruction charm for example which then lets you equip other useful charms? holy shit :0
@@Wopder13 Even better if you owns director's cut version. You will find the Charm of Versatile Skills which double effect of minor charm of the same category equipped. Meaning that you only need to equip one fortune charm.
So, forgive me if I'm wrong, but percentages stack additively in this game. So, theoretically, all you'd need is the 2 Charms of Fortune and only 1 Dual Destruction II to achieve the same effect? Then you could add more melee charms, like the one that gives you bonus damage at full health.
Actually no, the percentage increased is based on the base percentage. Like if you have a 10% chance to deal double damage, with a charm that makes it 50% more likely to occur, you won't have a total of 60% chance to deal double damage but only 15%, cause 50% of 10% is 5%, so it makes 15% at the end
Sorry that I'm commenting on a video this late but I wanted to know a few things. Can ronin be used in all difficulties and can you upgrade charms and if you can how. I like using the kensei and ronin armour rather than sakai clan armour because I'm not a fan of the clunky looks. I much prefer the slimmer ninja like style. However if it causes a big disadvantage in lethal than I would to know

Thank you. Gotta dodge to hit tho which isn’t a bad thing really. Definitely get comfortable with the delayed strike, this build makes that technique kinda op.
Wouldn't the melee damage buffs include attacks after a parry as well? I mean if you were to parry an attack instead of dodging? Great job putting this together by the way!
Yes but if you don’t do a perfect parry enemies can still block your regualr melee hits. But if you just regular dodge behind them you won’t even need the perfect dodge to get off a clean melee hit. More cost efficient but yes parry works too just not as efficient.

Ronin armour better damage buff. Best all around build I would use for entire game including duels would be the swords man build I created recently BERSEKER Samurai. That’s likely best all around build you can use whole act 3 and late act 2 without switching
Your wasting 2-3 slots, if not definitely major gems. Once you have 2x 50% there's no need to make double damage proc more frequently. Your better off just putting more melee or the 1 that breaking armor gives you xyz% resolve, and the other charm where attacks that drain resolve has a chance to fill a resolve slot. Even if your not planning on getting hit, once you use 2 charm of Fortune's your better off equipping charms that support special moves or melee/ damage output. Charm of Fortune affects all of those. This build is a ToD aimed without even rewarding timing. You just roll and counter attack rinse and repeat. At least throw on some shit to make it fun? lol. I have to test it, but I think there's a weird build that reaches a faster TTK (time to kill) as opposed to this DPS (Damage per second) but I can't be sure because theres no numbers signifying enemy health or Jins output. One would have to eyeball the bar, and guess if you did more than the bar had left, or if the class you tested it on is the same resistance than another etc.... The one thing you can be shut down in is on the new difficulty, where enemies will deflect incorrect stance attacks unless you mix it up. (i'm not saying your playing on easy mode, I'm just referencing the build) to really test this out, go to an area where it tells you "the Mongol threat is dangerous, or whatever that warning is..." You might just get lit as a Ronin that isn't doing any DPS with Ghost or Mystic Tale skills...
@@SamPhamNBA2KTipsandTutorial I never said it did... This has to be looked at as a "Chance to Proc" per combo. (proc for those who don't know is like "Diablo or many RPG's where there's something in your inventory, or an active/passive skill/ boost that gives you some added benefit, outside base increases.) For example, in this case, its taking say 50% of a Charm that's 30% base, "call it 15." Then u add another 50%... now you have full potential for that *BASE 30% right..? So your basically already going to get double damage an average of 1 out of every 3 (or 1/3rd the time) doing damage, or performing a melee depending on what we're talking about. So adding the lower % increase charms over some of the other ones creates a huge window for *Diminishing Returns if not completely. Where you could increase something that gives you a *direct, Melee Buff.... Or Parry Bonus etc... increasing damage by way of stacking (potentially) "Melee" + "Any/ all damage" + "Fire Damage" + "Stagger Damage." Does that make sense?

2x50% does not make the chance 100%. Is 50% increase off base % not an overall 50% increase added on. Having both will turn chance from 25% to 50%.
@@opgam3r482 smh your are so lost.. Sam ust explained how it worka and you still talking nonsense. IF you BASE chance is 30, two Fortune charmes will increase it to 60%. How hard is that to understand?
@@Sharp47 "smh" focus on this. I'm referencing DPS vs DOT I'm not negating anything. I think you need to read and try to find where exactly i'm lost again... your clearly misinterpreting my comment. I'm disagreeing with nobody, this is how i know your simply not understanding what i'm trying to say. Take the comment as a brand new scenario. ... after reading it i understand what i typed... I understand everything your comment states which is why I'm so confused. I'll delete it?
