It's all about filling up the rhythmic spaces with body movements so ofcourse anything involving rhythmic movements will work well :p

But none likes shred as music.
Someone who already knows thirds, will know how to use it in context. So you should briefly explain thirds or at least dont fly thru the thirds so damn fast. This dude was in a hurry
