Derek founded CD Baby in 1998, which went on to become the largest seller of independent music online, generating $100mill in sales for 150,000 musicians. In 2008, Derek sold the company for $22mill, giving the proceeds to a charitable trust for music education.
He is a frequent speaker at TED Conferences, with his videos attracting more than 5 million views.

I like some of his videos. but in this he asks others about life but he explains only what he already know(memorized to explain). this video he mostly overacting.
