    - Self-doubt is a mental conversation in which your mind questions your ability to find a desired solution to a perceived problem
    1. Share your self-doubt with the people you trust
    2. Self-doubt is a call to love yourself
    3. Love yourself regardless of your achievements
    4. Forgive yourself for your past failures

"surround yourself with people who build you up"
I think that was one of the best advices I'd ever received. Alternatively sadly, if you can't find those people, it's better to be alone than in the company of those who was to take a jab at you whenever possible because they have issues with themselves.

I had an interview at my dream job abroad, 30 minutes before the phone call started I began doubting myself: "What am I doing here interviewing for this job? I don't even have the skills to work there!" and with this mindset I went to the interview, already thinking very low of myself and it showed and affected my whole performance. I didn't get the job and regret it to date! Great talk, thank you! :)

I did travel around the world and studies college, lived in a few countries, but leaving my family was my big crutch. I also suffered from depression before that. This is a great talk! While I am fortunate enough to generally look at my negative internal dialogue as merely signals of how I need to account for possible roadblocks & succeed nonetheless, it took me much longer to develop this relationship to similar comments I get from others. There are particular people in my life that, while I love them, I used to get very frustrated & discouraged by their comments on my life path. Once I learned to simply thank them for pointing out the things I needed to account for in order to persist & succeed, it changed my relationship to them completely. Thanks for giving this talk, it’s inspiring for sure!

This speech is relating to my current situation. I stack at a point of learning where I am thinking that I am too weak to perform that work. But not now. I have to overcome my all self-doubts. Learning may take time but you can learn if you will be consistent. So from now own I have decided to not quit at any cost. I am forgiving myself for the mistakes which I have done before.

However, we're living in the world of spreading the self doubt, some people always makes this to us and this is why we have to avoid these toxics. Furthermore, we all must have self-esteem to lower our self doubt. Thanks for the speech.

Thanks mario,. I recently just got turned down from a job offer which I worked hard for.
I have been questioning myself and my future so much I kept asking myself " can I make it in the future?".
I guess it's time to treat myself better and stop blaming myself that I didn't do better. In fact, I already did, and it's the best of what I could do at that time. We can grow, but everyone starts from somewhere including myself.
The fact that I gave myself the chance to be in the interview and apply for the job speaks volumes of my effort. That I should be proud of, better than not doing anything or giving myself a fighting chance. Better luck next time:)

It's a new way of thinking for me, in which self-doubt reminds of self-love. Turning past failures to a bunch of gaining-experiences-things relieves me. I know the past and all things I have done and haven't done should be thinking as in the way you told us before watching this, but self-doubt still keeps me up at night and gives me the anxiety without myself ever relizing it's happening. While struggling and scrolling youtube for distracting, I found this video.
