  • Join me for these ballet back flexibility exercises! These ballet stretches for flexibility (beginners) will consist of a series of ballet back stretches to increase your spine mobility. This flexibility workout will help to relieve any upper and lower back pain and is great to do after a workout or at the end of the work day. Make sure you warm up thoroughly before following along with this ballet workout to reduce your risk of injury!

    i actually watched this video with the aim of improving my back posture. at first it was very difficult for me, but once i was consistent it made me calm and relaxed, thank u

    I needed something to improve my flexibility because of my bad work environment. This is a little gem. I love these flexibility routines. ❤❤❤ Now back to the pilates/ballet again, I missed it so much 😢.
