I just have to jump in and agree with you. My first car when I got my license was an 89 Nissan Pulsar. Was a great running reliable car. That door chime in the video just brings back memories of my teen years with my car
My sisters 1986 was driven by her for 397,000 miles before she gave it to her father in law who added another 55,000 miles to it. When he stopped driving, he gave it to his grandson who slammed it on the ground, cut the top off and turned it into a totally custom mini truck. It went past 500K before he sold it to some random kid.

Thanks for the content Randy. You’re right. The beauty and the reason why I never miss your videos is because most of the time you are messing with more popular veicules, bringing them back to life. I cannot imagine myself dealing with a Ferrari but definitely would like to be in your shoes and start fixing the Nissan!
Those old Hardbody's were pretty popular back in the day, seen them everywhere, heck you still them from time to time at least around here.. Great little work trucks from an era when a truck was a truck and not a $60,000 luxury car with a bed.
Randy! Those tires and wheels make that truck! Just my opinion just rethink about getting rid of those Wheels just have them polished up. Great score my friend.

A good friend of mine had 1 with 400k on it, was still running fine when it got junked, live in the North East Road Salt, frame was rough, it actually broke in half behind the cab while hauling firewood and it still drove although it sagged pretty bad in the middle lol

That Nissan Hardbody is a great find. Can’t wait to see what you do with it. I have wanted one of these since I was 18. I am now 47 and I still love these trucks. Back when Nissan’s name meant quality.
"How much do they go for?" That's a good question. I've seen them on every swing of the spectrum and have no clue if people actually got what they asked. They're great little trucks though. My bestfriend's mom has had the same hardbody since I was in 3rd grade.
I like most people who love that truck. Solid reliable, workforce. I remember a standard bed Nissan base model selling for 5499 at the dealer back in the '90s. Randy, yes, Yes, YES❗️ This is why I keep coming back to your channel‼️ I say, give it the AAR treatment and bring it back for someone else to enjoy. THAT is what AAR is all about! Excellent win on the hardbody. Good move to get it painted and sorted out. Small pick-up are really hot on the market right now, so good time to resell it.
I like the KTM ! Just wondering what kind of money you will need for it. As for the Nissan I love it! I would keep it because it’s old school if I were you.😊 i’ll keep checking back about the bike.

I have a 1986 Hardbody that is your D21's twin. I had to pull the head to have it milled due to a blown head gasket, no major problems three years later
I love the Hardbody, I bought a 1990, brand new 2wd with a manual transmission. I loved it! I can’t remember how many miles it had when sold, (60 thousand maybe). Great little truck. I traded it for a used 1994 Nissan Pathfinder SE, 4x4 “full boat loaded”, with a manual transmission, (had about 190 thousand miles, when traded). I loved it too! Both were fantastic vehicles, and never had to go to the dealership for service, other than (routine maintenance). I wish I still had both of them! There are a lot of people that love old, Hardbody’s. A decent one should get good money, if you can hold out for the right buyer, who appreciates them. Unfortunately at auction you will probably only get half its worth!

I think the old school truck is great. You don't see many in that good of shape. If it was in Michigan, it would already be gone due to rust and roads we have here. Would be fun to drive.
Here in Greece they sell for 1500-3500€ *edit : but with this paintwork they are like on the 1200s, if you properly get it repainted (doors/engine bay etc), it’s value will go higher + some small interior touches
My first truck, was a 1990 standar cab, the best truck that I owned ever! The only deficiencies of these truck are the lifters, knocking when getting old
Honestly, paint it gloss black or white buy new seats and the arm rests. Tint the windows and thats 5g or more all day long to alot of people! This truck is a future classic, I love it! For me it's a keeper!
I think the old school truck is great. You don't see many in that good of shape. If it was in Michigan, it would already be gone due to rust and roads we have here. Would be fun to drive.
My favorite engine. Love the Z24. 1983-89, in both the 720 and the Hardbody.
Going back to your roots .... love when you drive them home (back when I subscribed) , nothing went right .... makes for great content
Best mini (Nissan / Datsun) Truck ever! My dad had one for his Pharmacy Chain it was painted up as the Pill Wagon or the Super Truck.
Here in Greece they sell for 1500-3500€
*edit : but with this paintwork they are like on the 1200s, if you properly get it repainted (doors/engine bay etc), it’s value will go higher + some small interior touches
they are tough trucks i had one back when i was in high school in the mid 90s. 89 model single cab 4by4. i lived in WV
Great to see you keeping the same content with little mix here and there, good stuff.
“Throwback” style video. This is the style that I miss. Thank you Randy
My first truck, was a 1990 standar cab, the best truck that I owned ever! The only deficiencies of these truck are the lifters, knocking when getting old
So cool! I just dropped a 350 small block in my d21 I take her home from the shop today !
Honestly, paint it gloss black or white buy new seats and the arm rests. Tint the windows and thats 5g or more all day long to alot of people! That is one amazing find and catch to the import community. I love it i think you should keep it, slam it and put it in your collection its value is never gonna get worse only better!
I love this little Nissan truck! I’m so glad to see you fix this up
