    Love the shorter videos but I miss the solutions also typed out in the description area as well. I like to screen shot those for future reference. Thank you so much Ryan for all you do and God Bless.

    1.5 liters/day of fluid? That's nothing. I thought we needed .67 ozs per lb of body weight to stay hydrated?
    200 lb = 134 oz or 3.96 liters/day
