    only thing i want to mention about this is the amazing 4k display which rivals Macs in my opinion, super impressed, got a refurbished one still under warranty for 800 AUD and just love using it, the poor dim display with low color reproduction stopped me in the past from getting one but so impressed with T14

    Hi! Still enjoying it? I'm considering buying one. Did you find the 250 nit panel to be bright enough for daily use inside? It's the only drawback for me, and no other models are being sold where I live. Great video btw! Keep it up!

    • @Alex-wd3xq
      @Alex-wd3xq Год назад +1

      250 nits is not great at all, you get that yellowish theme on screen at all times, low power 400 nits version way better

    no touchscreen,no problem, i have touchscreen laptop, i hardly use it.
    you need good cpu, loads of ram, and desired ssd space, good keyboard, and trackpad and enough ports, good bluetooth and wifi device, EASY TO MAINTAIN AND CLEAN!!!!
    the rest are optional. this laptop is great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! people may complain its ugly or dull or boring looking and opt for nicer looking lousy laptop. but it looks great really.

    Good video, i got almost same laptop. Maybe quick peek at what "speccy" program says about computer hardware might bring good info on review. Ran into this video via looking recent lookups of this machine at youtube. Thanks and good luck!

    Hello man , I have a doubt with the graphics, I would like to know what graphic card this laptop has, to check if I can use Android Studio and some other stuff, because when I look for the graphics , I found that this laptop have the UHD Graphics but the information doesnt explain if it is the UHD 600 , or UHD 620 etc, if you can help me with this I really apreciate it thanks & be cool

    would you please tell me the display setting detail on your T14? it looks so bright. FYI, my T14 has a yellow tint on the display even though the night mode has been deactivated

    what does "turbo boost" for CPU mean? is there a setting we need to use, or does it automatically increase if it's at 100% cpu usage, or what?

    Hi Ivan, thank you so much for this information. I just replaced an old Macbook with another refurb Macbook, but with all the loss of ports and the low longevity of adapters, I'm having to consider whether to keep it or move to a T14 where I don't have to have all those add-ons that can get knocked around, etc. I've been happy with my work T14. Your video was very helpful. I can't seem to find online when Gen 1 was introduced to get a sense of how old the refurb one I'm looking at might be. Do you know? Thank you again. Subscribed :).

      a bit late but lenovo makes 's' (slim) variants of the T series, the T14s in this case, that retain all the ports but are (obviously) thinner and lighter, and are made of more premium materials (metal as opposed to plastic/rubberized coating), but at the cost of having soldered components so no upgrades unlike the T14. oh and of course they're a bit more pricey. sex, or slimness, sells i guess.
      more fitting if coming from a super thin and light macbook if you ask me
      one thing you may miss from the macs are their screens. business laptops, this T series no exception, have mediocre, dim screens. only the s variants have better, brighter ones and a higher resolution (up to 4K) that can compete with the macbooks.

      @@nerd2544 i had macbooks in the past and have a refurbishes t14 gen 1 4k display now can confirm the display is rivalling that of a mac v beautiful but short battery life, even the low power fhd 400 nits display is v good compated to previous generations

    idk but i hate how the keyboard looks, the keys look kinda cheap although they may feel good but i dont know that, the most annoying thing for me is that red dot in the middle, its really ugly lol. PS: Amazing video

    Ivan I bought the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite after watching your reviews. I updated to OneUi 3.1.
    Can you please confirm what's the Battery backup on that? I am getting just about 5-6 Hours and all I do is listen to Music and attend meetings. I still have to return it, should I return it or it's normal?

    • @IvanKam11
      @IvanKam11  3 года назад +1

      That’s awfully battery life for something you just bought. Although I haven’t specifically measured battery life recently on mine, I still get a little more than what you got there, and mine is almost a year old. That being said, battery life has been noticeably impacted for sure. If you haven’t used or do not leave battery draining apps and features opened in the background then you try to get another unit.

    Hello, I recently received a notebook in these configurations, model: 20S1002NBR. But to my surprise the maximum screen resolution is 1366x768, I've updated driver, BIOS... can you confirm this information in your unboxing?

    • @brian_388

      The screen was pre-configured by your seller. To bring the cost down. There is nothing you can do to change that by updating bios
