I read an article about the dart boosting 18lbs so before I finished I laughed and stopped reading but wow I was wrong.....guys from MP do u guys have a cutout on the or after market exhaust? My buddy has an oval cut out and I was actually thinking about throwing it on this weekend.... Or completely changing the exhaust piping to 2.5" and getting rid of the pea shooter currently equipped!
I've seen on forums other owners say it will run 22-26 lbs at peak boost, it obviously hits over 20 cause it tapped that gauge kinda quick. it is a small turbo, again forums talk say it's a 35MM?, but I'm not sure. I wanna swap to a bigger one so I can actually hear my BOV, but I don't want to loose my fast spool time so I gotta do some homework on it. anyone that's upgraded this msg me and lemme know what you bought and how it came out, thanks.
What’s up man I got the 2013 dodge dart rally To really make it make some power need to go to stage three throttlebody stage three injectors some mild tuning meaning you’re going to need to get it Dino tune and put you a decent size chip on it and change the cam I got all my stuff from Dodge you can ask for a stage three kits there’s different ones But it’s pretty expensive somewhere around 10 grand but I’m making 38 pounds of boost with the 35mm Garrett turbo It dynode 325 But I wouldn’t push it more than that you have an increase chance of cracking the engine
That's a lot of BOOST! Remember is not a performance or a racing car, it is an economy car! I think is has good HP and TQ! I'm just waiting for the SRT4 model
Dodge dart turbo gets 5lbs stock. When your in a low rpm and a higher gear and floor it, the turbo is going to spike like that,but as soon as the rpm's rise the boost drops.It sure dosen't feel like 18-20lbs of boost,and is actually bad for a turbo.

That turbo must be tiny. 20psi and it sounded like it wasn't boosting at all. Imagine a dart with a 16g or a 20g.

What did you tee the hose into? Why no vacuum reading?
The turbo relay actuator has two hoses, one is connected right to the turbo input. You can measure at that point.

ERIK1824 the Rallye model is basically the srt4. they just didn't call it an srt4, you can get a 1.4 turbo, 2.0 n/a or a 2.4 n/a.

No joke, it is one tiny engine but it comes with forged crankshaft and piston rods, maybe pistons also. it should for that much boost. 160 hp stock.
