Also, I am considering buying one of these cars. Are there good and reliable performance mods avail? Thanks guys :)

When I think of a car with a turbo, I hear the air being released after the engine is revved up. The dart recycles that air....seems like it keeps the RPMs up in doing so. Is there a way to make the air release rather than push it back through the engine?
Yes there is a way. Air that is going back though the engine uses what's called a recirculating blow off valve. What you're looking for is called an atmospheric blow off valve. And being that the 1.4l turbo dart has been out for a few years I'm sure you could find a bunch of companies that sell them. But in all honesty, I'd just leave it as it is. It makes the best power recirculating.
@funbro1 how do I know if my Dodge Dart needs it? I have a 2013 Dodge Dart aero multair turbo? Sometimes my acceleration is delayed can that possibly be the problem?
David Morales It looks like the P082 code denotes a faulty clutch pedal switch. One way to test this is if you have cruise control, try it. If the switch is bad then the cruise will not engage because it thinks the clutch is pressed. This is a factory problem and they should be able to take care of it for you. Hope this helps.
