      talk to your US governments and president. they so affraid of China business taking over. supposed 2021 coming to US as part of the deal back then. And now .... the way how your American doing and manipulating fake medias news to make it like China invading and how American's defences playing victim card. Maybe you wont see it coming any sooner until you have an Asian true peace lover elected to be first Asian American president.

    How long it will charge after ~600 Km drive? How it perform at -35 C? How available parts and repair services? How long battery live until 50% capacity drop? How much (in %% of car cost) will be battery swap?

    • @AIAddict
      @AIAddict  Год назад +2

      You have the option to buy car without battery. I believe the monthly subscription costs to “rent” a new battery at each swap is around $300

    • @tigrafrog
      @tigrafrog Год назад

      @@AIAddict Ahh, there it is, new subscription scam trends. So no real info on low temp performance and charge time from 5% to full charge? Real life scenario: about 700km trip done within one day, start 7 am, arrive before 4pm. Currently impossible for any EV SUV. Still looking for options, NOTHING available.

    • @dann5515
      @dann5515 Год назад +1

      @@tigrafrog idk if u understand the meaning of OPTION. So if you DO NOT like the subscription package deal you can select full payment package included battery. And you want 700KM with one battery trip. Sure there is. An upgrade larger kW battery to 100kW plus. Do notice this is not like an ICE car price tag calculated same as an EV car. an EV most expensives device is the BATTERY! yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhHHHHH the battery that cost you huge! Half of the cost of an EV is just the battery itself!. So the bigger battery the more it costs. So if i were you and smarter abit. I would be happy enough for a batter that can give me 500KM and saving my money. And on my mid way trip i can look it up for EV charging station to charge it up. And just so you need to know the new super fast charging station anything above 100kWH when is reached to 85% charged it will slow down the charging speed. So if you wanna take a break which you should instead of driving long 9 HRS non stop? And take a lunch break or noon break while your car is charging. Unless you are happy to throw more money for BIGGEST size battery. Just like LCD Panel TV size what ever max size available out there. The biggest it is the more it costs. And for charging station Tesla have super fast speed can get up to 250 kWH? So u get fully charged for 100KW battery size within lesser than half an hour so? And is all depends on EV charging speed capacity level allowed. For example base model Tesla gets upto 150kWH max speed allowed to charge. And performance and long range get upto 250kwh speed? Something like that. Korean and China EV some model can have even more super faster charging speed over 300kwH+ allowed. And is also depending what cap speed available from charging station too. The faster the cost higher than normal at home's bill. And super fast charge cost more not only for EV but also to built a super fast charging stations. It required big fat thick cables to support the heat from using high surge power to charge! So have you got all the details you need?

    • @alvinfung2409
      @alvinfung2409 Год назад +2

      @tigrafrog They have a 150kwh battery coming out but you have to pay for the craziness of being able to drive 700km without stopping. They have battery swaps stations so degradation is a non issue. A fixed amt battery swaps are included each month for the cars sold in China. Their cars have been tested in the tundras of China...

    • @tigrafrog
      @tigrafrog Год назад

      @@alvinfung2409 ..and any solid numbers cannot be found still. China does not have tundras, Canada does. China have Hēilóngjiāng province, can be chilly, -30 C, but never below -35. I'm aiming -40 C, because we can have -45C at night for days.
      700 km a day not a craziness, it's a northerner Canada reality. Lots of peoples doing trips like that at even shorter time (less than 6h). And it is important to arrive before 4PM at winter, because it will be pitch-black on highways. So far I cannot see any real EV alternative to my use case.

      If you’re worried about safety concerns, then I’m pretty sure that Nio actually intending to enter the US around 2025 is a huge deal on its own.
      They will get safety certified to hell by the US, so it will be fine anyway. They can’t have any safer problems in the US that they have in China if they’re going to sell in North America. They’ll be inspected to the same standard as all of the other EV brands in the US.
      The market will also decide its fate when it eventually launches in the US in 2025.
