Dude I am so torn... myself I'd love to see the next game lose Disney altogether but keep the Keyblade playstyle well adding new mechanics and attacks but.... I feel the same you do and not even so much for myself but for the kids after all what is kingdom hearts without Disney worlds and Disney characters... A damn sick game and a game the adults who grew up playing Kingdom Hearts and those who've followed not only KH but all the other games would love... But it wouldn't be a game for kids... But then I ask myself does it even need to be for the kids with the adility to play all the other KH games even on the PS5.. not really so yeah I personally wouldn't mind saying goodbye to Disney in KH but I would be pretty sad if we didn't even get to see a single Disney character... I'd be totally happy if Micky, Donald and Goofy made even a 20 second appearance in the next title, even if it was like over laying them on three other characters to show in the real world theyare different people and it was all a dream.
I just realized something. Remember when Ham and Rex mistook Sora for Yozora and everyone was like “how could they think Sora looks like Yozora” , but what if they didn’t mistake Sora for him. What if he actually did look like Yozora to them.
Meaning… they’re the same person. What if Sora ends up being a variation of an original much like The Nobodies & The Heartless? That would be all kinds of Fkd up. 💀
@@maraudingstar1659 it kind of parallels FF15 with Noctis being told hes not a true Caelum, and that the main villian of the story, Ardyn Izunia is the real ancestor of the true king. Everyone loves Noctis but to know his ancestor isnt a true royal blood.. could be a similar circumstance here where maybe Sora is a nobody or heartless that we love and Yozora is the true person?
I do feel like it has multiple layers. Yozora says his appearance is not what he really looks like but when he woke up in the car he still looked the same. I think Yozora is Nocs avatar in the world he woke up in and in that world he had access to the space where Sora was.
@@coolshiznit13 you mean "a scattered dream that's like a far off memory A far off memory that's like a scattered dream I want to line the pieces up Yours and mine
*Sora wakes up in real life* Sora: Guys, you won’t believe the dream I had! I saved the world twice with a talking duck and a walking dog with a giant key!
Spoilers for the world ends with you I find it interesting how Yozora says his current appearance isn’t how he really looks like. If you remember, in the world ends with you, shiki’s appearance is actually her friend’s appearance and her regular appearance was her entry fee. And in the battle against Yozora, it’s heavily implied Yozora played the reaper’s game. So was Yozora’s true appearance his entry fee? In order to play, he needed a fee. Just a theory out there.
I think his real appearance looks like he was supposed to in Versus 13...Notis's original appearance, considering that FF VsXIII was taken from Nomoura, and rebooted to FFXV with no real connection to VsXIII. Basically, it's Nomoura saying this is Noctis, possibly making the next KH saga be a VsXIII story... Now then The nameless star in the Final World is probably the heart/soul of the woman in the verum rex toy-story trailer. She actually tells Sora the name of a person she's waiting for and whispers "it's our secret". This name is Yozora, and Sora mentions the "She" told him about him. Now this is rumored, but, FFvsXIII was heavily rumored to involve death as a main plot. So much so that the game's heroine, Stella (who is the Juliet of the story to OG Noctis's Romeo) , is dead before the story begins making ever interaction with her a hallucination that culminates with a 6th sense (or Joker 2019) type of reveal, with him trying to bring her back to life in the second portion of the game. Back to KH... What if the same thing happened with Yozora and this nameless star? In fact, what if this nameless star is the same girl that Isa and Lea joined the organization to save? It's is clear that Sora only exists in dreams now, particularly Riku's, Yozora's, and potentially Kairi's. There are dream worlds, or at least as multiverse that's is connected in dreams. TLDR: Yozora IS OG VsXIII Noctis who's appearance has changed due to his appearance being taken in FFXV (or reaper games as an in story explaination). The nameless star, and Lea and Isa's girl is Stella from FFVsXIII. Sora only exists in dreams for now. Nomoura is retro-fitting the entire original story of FFVsXIII into the KH series in a form of a new saga. "Verum Hearts"
I was assuming that they were alluding to the “The World Ends With You” since the original ending cut scene from KH3 with main characters walking around Shibuya. The theory makes a lot of sense to me.
OK , i have this theory ! let us is say that as for paying the ultimate price for using the power of awakening sora just got stuck in a time loop which will make him go over and over in this 'Kingdom hearts' world if you see the KH1 intro you will notice that sora was dreaming falling in ocean like he did in after fighting terranort and after that he wakes up in 'Destiny Island' the 'Destiny' that brought them all and after that sora meets kairi then in the same KH1 intro they watch falling stars and they see 'another sora' falling with the falling stars! immediately after that first sora start falling again and he just repeating the 'another sora' and start falling with falling stars !! now 'Connect' this time-loop repeating with what sora found in the final world , YES A LOT of SORAs going in different directions and repeating some different actions and sora was trying to collect his other selfs in order to return to the real world so basically Sora did take the forbidden path and manipulate the time-line to save his friends but just messed the time-logic up and trapped him self in a time-loop where he just wakes up in Destiny island and repeat whole 'kingdom hearts series' until he reaches Yozora now Yozora defeated sora and crystlized him so he can stop sora from repeating the time-loop he is in ! now every other sora will meet and get crystallized by yozora, that is why yozora was saving sora by crystallizing and stopping him repeating what he is been repeating many times starting from KH1 up to KH3 im not saying the the whole KH series was just a dream -which it could possibly be- but it just some how a repeating a time-line or time-loop. other thing to be mentioned, mostly likely dreaming is just connect worlds together and somehow these worlds get projected on another worlds as something not real to them ! like yozora's real world is just a video game in Sora's world and maybe sora's world is just a video game or some fictional story in yozora's world and what really connects the worlds ? Yes, Dreams and remember, the Final World is where Death and Dreams meets last line is coming from a religious background, this world that the Souls 'Hearts' of vanished 'died' people and sleeping 'dreaming' people do exist in the Islamic religion, it gets more interesting... in this world, dreaming Souls can meet dead Souls but the dreaming Souls have this amount of time before they return to their world while dead souls being hold back from returning what is that sounds like ? Yes , Dream Drop Distance getting back to yozora yozora was dreaming and he met riku and probably riku told him about sora being missing after using his power of awakening and asked him to help him finding sora and getting him back and then Yozora 'went some trials' until he met with sora and then crysllized him to stop sora from paying the ultimate price which is being trapped in a time-loop repeating him self forever Finally let us not forget that sora said probably to yozora in KH1 intro 'I want to line the pieces up, yours and mine' !! what pieces ? is it like sora was collecting his other-selfs pieces in the final world ? “A scattered dream that's like a far-off memory... a far-off memory that's like a scattered dream... i want to line the pieces up... yours and mine.” that is an Oath to return! that is it and thanks for reading :)
I think the Luxords wild card put Sora into a literal game that Luxord's real self made. He and the real Yozora have their own world just like any Disney world, but of course it is still closed off so they know nothing about other worlds (until MoM came along). That's why we see Sora's dive to heart followed by Shibuya, its almost like the game is reading Sora's data, then Yozora's data. I'm thinking it's like how Roxas was in data twilight town in KH2
Interesting 🤔 like in the world of Scala Ad Caelum when Xehnort said to Sora that every keyblade master has a “seat of power” which could translate to- their own world.
Nomura says adding that one line is what made Kingdom Hearts approved, meaning the line set a basis for the future of the series, making sure there would be more to the franchise. Perhaps without a line like that, they saw it as a one and done title, but the line makes sure there will be more to come, approving of the series, and making sure the franchise could follow through with more titles in the future. I really think the World of Kingdom Hearts is just a dream world or simulation or some kind, and Yozora is a middle ground between the Real world, being Final Fantasy universe/ FFXV. Where he's part Sora and Noctis. I think the World Yozora is in, is another universe/plane entirely from Real (being Final Fantasy) and Kingdom Hearts. Yozora has one Blue eye (Sora) and one Red eye, from the ORIGINAL Noctis design used in FFXIII Versus. Noctis had Red eyes in the first Versus 13 trailer. In the final versions of FFXV he has blue eyes. And this is very far fetched, but maybe, JUST maybe. The girl Yozora is trying to save in the Verum Rex trailer, is a mix between Kairi and Stella Nox from the original FFXIII Versus trailers. The girl in the Verum Rex trailer has Kairi's hair color, but Stella Nox's eyes.
This is a stretch and I've barely thought this through, but maybe the realm that all of KH takes place in is, technically, not real as it is fictional. From the character designs to the Disney worlds, it's all fake, dream-like. Yozora, as you said, represents the realm between on a meta level as his realm is realistic, yet fictional, still. Sure the locations and designs look real, but they're not. Yozora and Sora only know their worlds, but after learning that there may be more out there, is any of what they have now a premonition, a dream or not? I believe that, at sone point, the real world will play a role. Maybe the black box acts as a way to get there, but I don't know, as we all don't too. Sora's reality may be shattered in the next mainline game, with FF playing a larger role in hinting at it Idk, it's 4am, I'm just spitballing ideas and hoping one sticks
I would be bummed out to if it all wasn't real but the one thing that's holding me to the the fact that it is real is the Disney factor. Disney doesn't seem like they're gonna just let Nomura slowly exclude them. I'm sure there will be Disney characters still involved in the series moving forward. Afterall they do own KH
I would love to have worlds with some of the new IPs Disney has acquired like star wars, marvel, etc. Would be the only good thing to come from that square Enix marvel game
Call me crazy.. but something tells me that Yozora is actually the real self of Sora, and Sora is actually his dream self as well as the other people we see in the Yozora reveal video may actually be the real selves of Kairi, Riku and all their friends
Here’s my theory: Yozora is from the future. Luxord sent him back in time. Makes sense for someone with dominion over time Hence the “impressive” line: he showed Yozora his powers
The bad ending ends with Yozora speaking and the good ending ends with Sora speaking. I think the bad ending is Yozoras dream and the good ending is Soras dream.
I’ve been trying to tell people this for a little while both endings are canon because both of them are dreaming of the fight but with a different outcome
I think that the crystallization of sora was a nod to final fantasy 13 the reason is because of the l'cie. when the l'cie fulfill their role that is bestowed upon them they are turned into crystal granting them eternal life.
Noctis himself also crystallizes for one entire year in ff15… yozoras line of ‘I will save you’ also heavily reminded me of lightning and Serah from ff13 when she says ‘you can save us’ as far as crystal stasis it has appeared in the first two 13 titles and 15
I agree. I would be bummed out if that’s where Kingdom Hearts is headed, but if we were to think that all the Disney worlds that Sora has gone to is essentially a fairy tale. Most fairy tales are written in book form and also just to note that in the beginning of KHUx it starts by telling the story of the age of fairy tales by pop up book. It is plausible that the world of kingdom hearts as we know may all be just a dream or some fantasy land/world that was made by the master of masters probably.
I agree it dose not mean its not real it just means maybe its possible master of masters is from some kind of REAL world or what ever TWEWY is maybe. kingdome hearts is what keeps the kingdome hearts world alive? Maybe and MOM created it
J R I don’t know, it feels as though if Kingdom Hearts turn out to be a fantasy dream world of sorts, then it would in a way invalidate the journey that Sora and company have been through and that all of it was make believe and all in the head of an imaginative child
When sora meets up with yozora he mentions that "she" spoke about him so he must be real. That girl he mentions must be the star in the final world, if you talk with every star she tells a story about her being betrothed to him and they were planning to get married. I think that this girl is also called "sora" and thats why yozora was surprised to hear her name. Yozora wants to save his girl, that is stuck in the final world!!
@@fairydust1397 Thats also possible xD. The weird part is, is that yozora knows a sora but not our sora. So maybe it could be that her name has been changed as well :p
Is there even a point to solving all these mysteries? The director is making shit up as he goes alone and every cool theory and mystery from the past has meant nothing cause either the payoff sucked or the writer just forgot about it.
If this is real, could it be that the power to waking he's supposed to lose is losing the thread to being able to get back to this alleged real world? Like all KH lives on the dreams of Sora, and he's stuck forever in the KH dream, being Yozora the one who is trying to recover the power of waking for him so Sora can "wake himself up". Hence, Yozora appears first on this videogame just as a way to try connect back Sora to reality, but failing (if you succeed) to be there. What feels stranger is Riku. He looks really much like Yozora. If he's there (in the KH3 secret episode), who is he really?
If that's not how Yozora really looks, are we asking the question backwards and should we be asking "why does Yozora look so much like Riku?" Is there a reason why he's wearing a facsimile of Riku's face when he's trying to save Sora?
Heterochromia makes me think he's half riku half red eyed noctis. Nomuras original plan for versus 13 was to have noctis have an evil side he has to conquer with red eyes, not saying that's who he is more like Nomuras digital middle finger to square
I think you missed a key bit of information when they meet, Sora speculates that this isn’t the real world which Yozora confirms before then saying that is not what he looks like. I have this theory that the night sky world is some kind of purgatory between that’s connected to the station of awakening and the world of ocean and sky
We can somehow be sure that the realm of death and realm of dreams are connected. The dreameater in KH3 sad that and the characters from The World ends with You are dead.
yo guys i bet , is that good ending is tied to kingdom hearts 4 why because if luxord is in the car with yozora probably means he is going help sora against master of masters. he is the wildcard!!!
I'd be pissed if kingdom hearts was all a dream lol. I'm thinking sora is in the sleeping realm or whatever and Yozura has the power to travel there like Riku
I think Riku's Dream Eater powers will come back into play. They've guided him to Sora before. Also, Yozora went through trials. I think he was in his own Station Of Awakening that connected to Sora. As for Luxord, Luxu said one of the 5 time traveling Dandelions (Ventus, Lauriam, Elrena, Demyx, and himself) was an imposter. It's most likely him, and now he's Ubering Yozora while trying to save Sora
I hope they don't get rid of the Disney stuff. At least not until we get a star wars world. I mean shit. Light side and darkside. You go dark in either kingdom hearts or star wars your eyes turn yellow. They could do a lot tbere
I will be really pissed off if everything up to this point has been a "dream." It's basically a big middle finger to our years of emotional investment in this game by saying none of it was really happening in the first place. It makes these last 20 years of games pointless. I'd honestly drop KH if this happens, no questions asked, and I'm a die hard fan.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Yozora is Sora tbh, but just a little Easter Egg I haven’t seen anyone talk about is the sleeves of Yozoras’ top, it has keyblades on it and what seems to be a skull with a crown hmmmm... wonder if his clothing has anymore Easter Eggs on it.
That's the woman from Verum rex. It's also a nod to Stella from FFVsXIII since she was taken out of FFXV entirely and thus has no name. She may also be the girl that Isa an Lea were trying to save when they joined the organization.
14:02 Not exactly. Or rather, not entirely. It goes more like this. Winner of the fight: I've been- Loser of the fight: I've been having these weird thoughts lately. Both: Like, is any of this for real or not? Winner of the fight: None of this... makes sense to me. 16:19 I honestly don't think that's it, mainly because Yozora says it as well.
i think Kingdom Hearts needs to break away from Disney. I love the characters, but you can tell that Disney has been holding back Nomura from telling the story he wants to tell.
If they did that then there is no game really. The hook of Kingdom Hearts is the combination of Disney and final fantasy that’s what makes it what it is. If not for that it becomes a generic JRPG
@@shawnboahene5231 I disagree. I like Kh for its great story that would also work fine without Disney characters imo and its great gameplay. I think a more mature approach to the franchise in the next game would be nice. But then again, that's just my opinion and you are obviously free to like the game for its disney characters
Dadork I gotta disagree without Disney there is no real draw to game. Don’t get me wrong combat and visuals are great but what without the meld of Disney and final fantasy there’s nothing that makes it remarkable. The dialogue is awful, characters are 1-dimensional, and no Disney means no levels. Again, what’s the draw of the game without Disney, nothing. It’s MvCI without X-men characters no one wanted to play that. KH is a crossover and forgetting that I feel will lead to its downfall
nomura doesnt know what the f he wants to write, he s probly that type of guy who just throw random shit he didnt give much though and tries to go with the flow when its time to write the next game rofl... he just enjoys messing with peoples heads
Despite how many things you pose as purely speculation,& plainly just aren’t familiar with , I think you hit the nail on the head. A lot of these games revolve around dreams and memories. We’ve just never been given context on WHOSE dreams and memories. You brought up some points that other, more well-versed channels completely missed. Good job imo
What I think is that this is the future and the MOM is trying to make a kingdom hearts in this world. Or this is perhaps an alternate/ parallel universe
I´m pretty sure that if that´s the case, Luxord´s card will end up being of some use to Sora. I speculate that both endings hint to the fact that, unless both Sora and Yozora get stronger, they won´t be able to face the trials ahead. It also reminds me of Squall/Leon´s fight with Sora. Sora either defeats Leon or viceversa, then Sora still gets tired. So, I´ll go ahead and say that, though the time lapse may vary in "when", Sora still gets crystallized, with the difference of Yozora acting as a strength exam to see if Sora´s power has grown enough to face the trials ahead. If Sora doesn´t win, that means he´s still too weak and needs Yozora´s help. If he´s strong enough to defeat Yozora, then Yozora´s power remains the same, but the mission he has varies a little, and Sora´s strength is proven to be powerful enough to face the next journey. That´s why Yozora says "I´ll save...", "...not needed yet.". Sora is still on the verge of death, but every time Sora and Yozora fight, they test who is stronger than who, building up strength every time they clash in the dream. Think of it as a point in time where the fight continuously unfolds until the time passes and Sora comes back to action, a sort of "training ground". This is only a hypothesis, but since sleeping is equal to being temporarily dead, then it wouldn´t be so farfetched as to believe that their minds are hovering in the spiritual realm, something similar to what happened to the inanimate Terra armor, which, when helm-destroyed, stopped moving, but still fought until then. In other words, Sora isn´t truly dead, just half way through the event horizon before the next transition of life. I´m going to say that, though SAO bares no relationship with Kingdom Hearts, fluctlights is the best explanation that I find that can be given in this case. Let´s put it simple: black and white spheres (holes for the old-timers) suck in and puke out info, it´s only because of it´s nature to do so. Black and white spheres are not actually determined by the color because It´s not even theirs to begin with. Distortions beyond the Plank "border" happens when a particle exceeds the limit at which a particle remains stable in the current state of matter, when it goes beyond that point, it collapses. In that sense, black and white spheres are the same vessel containing different outcomes: because one is positive and the other negative, they either lack or exceed in light. So, if light nor darkness determine a "sphere", what does? Peace or War. See, humans are no different; We either have peace, or wage war against one another. Souls are just like those seen in Kirby games; empty vessels, husks without owner, until a good or a bad spirit settles in. So also are the spirits that, within them, possess inherited and innate potential, strong enough to face even the hardest of trials. To those we call warriors, but then, who are the pacifiers? If a warrior is known to have great strength to go even against the world outside, shouldn´t we be able to fight the worlds inside? Sadly, that is not the case for everyone. In fact, only a handful, in the span of existance, manage to actually escape these hellish conditions lived in this Earth since ancient times, let alone in the very core of this sinful world. Such is the case since the very moment that "the fallen", children who toyed with human DNA, by means of strange procreation, insemination or hybring with all kinds of different states of matter, producing the madness by which this world had to undergo radical changes with a flood universally. Such a flood erradicated the physical state of many souls who became deteriorated because of these malformations in the human and other beastly genes. Such creatures are, simply put, those which all know as "mythical" or "cryptic". So, where are they now? Kingdom Hearts is a vivid reenact of this reality: a fantasy born out of the fact that Nomura knows about the secret plans of those in high society to bring back those who are called "The Heartless" and "The Nobodies" from within the core of the Earth and the core of our souls, which are like the core of the Earth, a huge, bottomless, damming, black sphere, which knows no end to madness. That, my friends, is what true SIN is all about: no heart, no one. Where is dark matter and energy? in the isolated zone of this universe: the observable universe, which harbors 95% of strange matter, including dark matter and energies, and only a 5% common matter approximately. Only this quarentine zone is accessible to us. A confinement for those who had to be encarnated here in order to see in which side we were in: those who persue life and those who persue death. Truth to be told, it isn´t to difficult to see where Nomura is going. Final Fantasy as a "fantasy based on the reality that all of us, not just on earth, but outside of it as well, have to face", and Disney as "The source that hides the dark dreams of the elite and world domination". There are no such things as "gods and goddesses", only presuming children of God who differ from the path He set before us, proclaiming themselves to be gods, though being devils in their own game, foolishly and selfishly dragging others into utter dispair. That´s where, in this reality, God comes into action. Angels, or rather, aliens, are born into this Earth to have a life already chosen by them before they forgot everything of their true appearance and soul, which lies deep within their dreams. Thus, all of us, unknowingly, have already taken our choice. We follow He who created us, or he who decieves us, which, in fact, many do. That will be for the next Kingdom Hearts; the destroyer, his beast and their flattery and pride, leading astray all since ancient times. The Adversary, HaSatan. He is a former child of God, but his perversion has taken the form of immorality and madness, his soul broken and in slumber, unable to see what even he himself is doing to himself. Go ahead and search lovecraft. You´ll see that both Azzathoth and Yoggsothoth are both one side of the same coin. Both of them spell "hypocrasy". Odin is blind in one eye, while believing to see it all with the other. Serpent among serpents. Truly, the former venom of God, SamaEl. Alien born, but now differing in will to God. Archetypes of the vain dualism of the clash between false light and darkness, both being darkness, like plum and silver; one is wretched, while still apparently being true, and the other is true. That is what all of this is all about; He seems good at first, like an alien of light, but is evil within, and when he stops apparenting, then everyone sees him for who he truly is; an accuser of the brethren, killer of men, women and children, eater of the dust from where humans were made, destroyer and spoiler of every good that God, YaHuShua, Lord God, has made, turning what was meant for good, bad and rotten. Truly, a Lost Master, both because he dissapeared, and because he´s a truly lost sheep, turned into a wolf.
It could be a simulation or a game of sorts. The guy driving , if it really is luxord it makes that line when he said "you were born for these sorts of games " very creepy
I think they opened up an amazing world of possibilities . I don’t think Kingdom Hearts is a fantasy or fake world but more say an entire universe that exist parallel with Yozora’s . Wow. Jus wow .
It's fun to think how Luxord has basically been testing Sora in every confrontation they've had. Never directly attacking him, time-based tests, etc. It's even more interesting to apply the setting of TWEWY and the Reaper Games into the mix, because it is also a time-based trial. I like to think that Luxord's been setting Sora up for the moment where he must participate and succeed in the Reaper Games. Doing so would prove worthiness of some sort to possibly assist Luxord and Yozora in their own plot of their own reality.
Unpopular opinion, but I think I'd prefer a more adult setting kinda like final fantasy. I've always liked Kh for its story and its awesome gameplay, the disney characters were always just an addition for me. Also, I kinda feel like that Yozora is going to be the protagonist of the next installment, but that's just a hunch.
Wow you just blew my mind but I was expected at some point to be reveal everything will lead back to where this project begin but we won’t see it until late 20s
I don't want this "reality" thing to be true. But even if they decide to go for it, I'm sure it would go down like Sora not caring if it's real or not, his friends and his heart are residents of that "fake" world we've seen so far, and he would return to it. I think Nomura knows very well that he shouldn't break the magic of Kingdom Hearts. Even if he decides to include some Versus XIII stuff in KH4 (or some title between), so he can live out that fantasy of his. I highly doubt this franchise would exit the Disney thing. Frankly, Disney would never let that happen.
@@hoohoo431 If that is the case it would literally be two backhand to the entire fan base. I'd even say it be a slap to himself if he chooses that route.
Its not like Disney would stop it or something, many times Disney stated that they fully trust Nomura on KH and whatever he does its fine for them, otherwise this Verum Rex thing would have never existed, im sure Disney is completely aware of whats the future of KH and whats Nomura planning to do next, that phrase at the end and beginning of KH is really important as well and is what gave birth to KH another reason that Disney is completely aware of what will happen next, Nomura and Disney are very very close when a KH is being developed. Plus everyone is seems to forget that Maleficent is also important here she is the second one to figure how to time travel before Sora did she still have a rol to play and its probably the only one who knows the importance of the Black Box.
Now that Kingdom Hearts 4 Trailer came out this whole video makes a lot more sense , Its insane how the story line to this game just keeps getting more deeper and deeper than we would ever expect. Proud to be a Kingdom Hearts fan lol Kingdom Hearts 4 is gonna be Insane when it comes out and answer a lot of questions that we have in mind.
I just want to thank you for explaining the secret episode. there is still a lot of mystery to solve. I too would hate to see the Disney characters go. I wonder what M.O.M. is up to? I am looking forward to the next installment when light is shed into darkness. maybe answers we will get?.
Credit goes to Shiroshii from an other video he is the one putting this incredible theory together forgot to copy paste the last sentence were I linked the video and your comment sry for that Yozora is actually using an avatar called "Yozora" and he acts out in a virtual reality through dreams, which is why he said that "this isn't real him" and a reason why he is able to peak into the Final World, which lies at the edge of sleep and death. Yozora could know Sora from the Master, while Sora knows Yozora, because in Sora's reality, Yozora is depicted as a video game character. To each and both of them, their worlds collided and that's why they don't know if both worlds are real. Extention. The Master may be from Yozora world, and the world of KH may be just a fantasy book written and materalized in the general reality. I think I've got this. The game of Verum Rex seems to be more than just a virtual reality game, more like a game that alters the reality. That's why Yozora would use the discernment. The Final World is real, but the access granted to it by Verum Rex, to the avatar of Yozora, makes it so that they need to separate what was normal for the people of Yozora's reality before Verum Rex, or whatever made it possible for Yozora and the others to travel to other realities and what is now. They need to be sure what part of their world is theirs, and what part is not, so that they realities won't completely blend. Why do I think that this is a game that alters the reality? Already mentioned that about Yozora. Sora recognized Yozora, because of his apperance, but to Yozora this appearance is of his game character, not the real him. That's why there's a gap in understanding. In Yozora's reality, his game avatar must have a different name, and Yozora is his real name. In Sora's reality, Yozora's real name is tied to his game apperance(not that his real apperance is all that different, if the good & bad ending are not a part of the game). The thing that made me think about it, is how Yozora mentioned how Sora is using "Sora's" name. Maybe, there's a real person in Yozora's world that has a name of Sora, and Yozora is friends with this person. This Sora would look differently, because Yozora did not recognize our Sora by apperance, but immediately questioned why our Sora is using the name of the Sora he knows. It's like the Sora that Yozora knows was originally his game pal in Verum Rex, and Yozora is confused why our Sora uses his friends' name for the in-game avatar(i.e Yozora dived into Verum Rex and met our Sora in the Final World, and thought that our Sora is a game avatar of someone using the name of the Sora that Yozora knows). It's getting scary, if we'd really think if Kingdom Hearts, rather than being a picture book, is just a part of the Verum Rex, which is a game. That'd be meta, because if KH was a game, then everyone that we know, may be just game avatars of the real people somewhere in Yozora's world. It'd also explain why the Master was able to follow and foretell the events, it's like he's one of the developers that knows the scenario of Verum Rex(which includes Kingdom Hearts) that wants to use this game to make it a part of his own reality. The Master did create a data world for the Dandelions, so it'd not be strange for him to be a programmer and a scholar. Then, there's a point of Yozora "saving" Sora. Sora use of the Power of Waking may've been considered a cheating in Verum Rex, and that's why he was about to get punished and banned from Verum Rex, but the Master told Yozora to "save" Sora by defeating him & crystalizing him in order to preserve his data. It's wild. Yozora is actually using an avatar called "Yozora" and he acts out in a virtual reality through dreams, which is why he said that "this isn't real him" and a reason why he is able to peak into the Final World, which lies at the edge of sleep and death. Edit: Slight edit. It's wild. Not my comment i copied it from ruclips.net/video/TPu1iCIuafo/видео.html but i think Shiroshii got something give him the credit!!! for this theory ^^ Thanks for reading ^^ and have a great day!!!
Nico Kolb In contrast with what Yozora and Sora said, everything you said makes sense. That’s why I have the feeling that Wreck-It-Ralph has a large possibility of being included in the next installment because its world somewhat follows the rules of the world being established in this Secret Episode.
Is he real there either though? I mean, that's half the point isn't it? "Is any of this real or not?" Which part isn't real? What's the dream? The Final World being a pseudo purgatory is certainly not "real", so that tracks, but what else is or isn't? What even is "real"? How could you tell? How can *they* tell?
So I did not grow up playing Kingdom Hearts except watching clips here and there, but I was always fascinated by Final Fantasy Versus XIII. I recently learned or even noticed how Yozora looks very similar to the 1st Noctis from the first trailer of FFvXIII. And how Final Fantasy characters are enmeshed in the KH series. And then the whole fascination over a game that never was, could it be manifested to KH4? Themes such as Yozora turning Sora into crystal, and how FFvXIII/FFXV use crystal powers, and the glasses guy at 3:44 looks very similar to Ignis. Also I can't get past the boss battle in Alice in Wonderland for KH1. I would love for it all to be a dream, and Sora returns to his normal life and family and friends, but we would also have that fated chance to play Final Fantasy Versus XIII as from the original trailers from 2008 - 2011.
Wait didn't Sora look at his left hand in the secret ending of KH3 the same hand that got crystallized first. Dose that mean that the bad ending is the true/right ending and he remembers being crystallized.
I really hope the whole series doesn't just turn out to be a dream. I've hesitantly theorized for years that the KH series is just a dream due to various clues that point to this being the case, all starting with Dream Drop Distance. But I think I have a better way to make sense of the ending than the whole "it was all a dream" cop-out for people who write themselves into a corner. I think the fight between Sora and Yozora takes place in the Data Realm (the main setting of KH Union Cross) and Yozora is the virus that Xigbar/Luxu eludes to in the Secret Reports, saying that there's a virus interfering with their plans. Brain from Union Cross also refers to himself as the virus, saying something along the lines of "I will be the virus that rewrites the future". Given that Yozora clearly knows how to manipulate the environment and change it to his liking, it's fair to assume he might also know how to alter his appearance. And who else would be a candidate to have those abilities than the very virus in the program that Luxu wants to be rid of? I also think Wreck It Ralph's Game Central Station (another main world in Union Cross) might be the key that makes sense of why Yozora is involved in the first place. The Toy Box world makes it clear that within it's universe, Verum Rex is a video game. Game Central Station is where all different video game characters hang out, so it's safe to assume in the context of Kingdom Hearts, Verum Rex could be one of those games. Perhaps Brain, being the virus, stumbled upon the Verum Rex world in Game Central Station, and took on the appearance of Yozora to stay in hiding. And just to stretch my imagination even further, maybe that's how Luxord got wrapped up in all of this. When Brain encountered Yozora in the Verum Rex world, he also encountered Luxord, and at some point Luxord made it to the Kingdom Hearts universe via the Dandelion powers. Think how Ventus ended up in the current KH timeline when he originated from Union Cross, which takes place in a digital data world. The short version is there are two different worlds in the Kingdom Hearts series, the real world, and the data world, and Sora has for whatever reason ended up in the Data world. At least that's what I think and it's the only way the pieces seem to line up. Why is KH Union Cross relevant? How could it's story somehow tie into what's going on now? And that is the only thing that makes sense that isn't just "oh it's all a dream herpity doo". I also don't think any of this is going to tie into the Reapers game. Going off the continuity of my theory, the 104 building arena could just be an environment Brain spawned up when he ran into TWEWY video game in Game Central Station. Nomura has said in the past that the world in TWEWY and the one in the secret ending are not the same place, and I think the proof is right there when Yozora magically digitizes the world into being. So yea, at least half the world is not real, but not because it's a dream, because it's a data world. And that's not me pulling ideas out of my ass, that's literally a plot point in not only re:Coded, among other games, but in Union Cross too, which is implied to be very important to the future of the series. I'm sure there's some holes in my theory, but this is my gut feeling of where things are going.
What about the idea that Sora is the true king, or royalty in some manner? There is a lot of symbolism with sora, and kings. his main key, the pendent he wears, the old art of him on a throne... perhaps donald and goofy going off to find both the king, and a keyblade wielder, is not a coincidence that they happen to find Sora. Perhaps Yozora is trying to rescue the royalty... He is called a Commander, and we don't yet know what he is a commander of yet.
Yozora seems as though he can pull weapons out of air like Noctis. The two weapons he summons are in Noctis' ancient royal arsenal. The crossbow and The Sword of The Father. He even swings it downward like Noctis when he finishes the combo with the sword and says, "YOURE DONE!"
I think like most of the secret videos, they aren't as story-destroying as we are led to believe. Meaning, I don't think Sora's world is all made up. I think the secret video is just a small sliver of the next saga. Which I know is like, "Duh," but don't sit around worrying that your series is now ruined. Most likely this is just another world that plays an important role in the rest of the next saga.
I think Yozura and Sora are the same individual happening in parallel. It's all real, but happening simultaneously in different realities. I also believe the next FF and the next KH will have the same storyline but each main character faces their version of it as the realities merge or annihilate. Possibly one being turn based and the other real time. My guess 😁
I think that in real world where Yozora with 2 friends, battle broke and killed 2 of his best friends and only Yozora survive, the "hearts/Soul" went to the Final World but "yozora friends has a strong attachment to each other aka Lovers (Sora and Kairi) manifested a body on its own hence the Born of Sora and Kairi.... As the Keeper Chirithy guide them to to the new world "Destiny Island" as they cant go back to the real world anymore.... So Yozora found away to go to another world by making technology to replicate themselves and travel into different dimension with a mission to find them and so the "the birth of ORGANIZATION 13 with a fragments of the real world memories hence the power they got and (the knowledge of kingdom hearts for them to be whole) some partially keep in the replicas memories" hence i think that driver is that gambler from 13 but for unknown reason the replicas memories become corrupted probably due to dimensional travel, hence the NOBODY with no memories and just a puppet wondering around with no goals and the real creator body are just spectators of the events that their replica made and thats why they know whats going on back in real world.... but then the MAster of Master found out that "the real world" exist through the passage of kingdowm hearts.... which he device a plan for the war, etc just to open the door and travel into it (prerequisite to open the door to the real world through kingdom hearts) and thats why the Master of Master is in the real world.... and now the Master of Master wanted to know whats going to happen if the strong hearts remain in kingdom hearts brought back to "REAL WORLD" would have any side effect? and those what i think the Master wanted to see.... if the Dead can come back alive with new body but have the memories intact.....
Just my additions. Pausing and typing as they come up. Timestamps are just where I paused, just in case JS addresses it. First, consider the possible connection to The World Ends With You. The main cast from that game appeared in DDD, which is a game that deals with the themes of sleep and dreams. It also features the 104 building. I know it's based on the real life 109 building, but the fact that they use the same faux name, as opposed to 107, 102, 105, makes me think there's a connection there. 6:29 One thing that Re:Mind made clear is that the stained glass platforms are a representation of the pictured person's heart. Whenever Sora was following one of the Guardians during the final battle, he would see their panel. In the Secret Episode, we see they're fighting on Sora's platform, which is then shown to be within an even larger area. Perhaps after fading from existence, Sora's heart is residing within Yozora, similar to how Ventus was within Sora all those years. 16:16 My theory is that we're seeing dreams on top of dreams here. Sora's weird thoughts were caused by Ven's heart. Likewise, Yozora's weird thoughts are being caused by Sora. This whole thing might cause a loop of sorts. The next game could start with us playing as an unknowing Yozora. It would actually be a good place for a soft reboot of sorts, so new players could get into the series. END An Oath to Return is probably going to be the key phrase going forward, similar to Reconnect Kingdom Hearts was for the last few games. I'm thinking the next game will more or less be independent, and stand-alone. The goal of the next arc will be to connect it back to the rest of the series. Lastly, one details that wasn't mentioned was that while both characters say They've been having these weird thoughts lately, only one says it doesn't make any sense. This depends on if you get the good or bad ending. Yozora says it in the bad ending, while Sora says it in the good ending.
Lots to think about! Dreams on top of dreams is definitely something I think is going on, and is trippy to think of. All that said, Nomura is a genius haha
9:18 ... all those years.. IN A FAKE WORLDD WHEN IF SORA ONLY HAS KAIRI AND RIKU AND E V E R Y O NE ELSE IN HIS MIND ONLY!! NOOO o my goood this is just.. -crys in sadness-
If they resolve all of this by saying none of it was real, it will legitimately ruin everything that is special about these games! There’s nothing that they could do that would be a bigger disappointment than that. A close second to that for ruining kingdom hearts would be ditching the Disney, fantasy type stuff in favor of this ultra realistic approach. The only proper resolution in the end is a Sora return and a happily ever after. Cheesy? Absolutely, but that’s kingdom hearts and that is what MUST happen in the end. Anything else will not only ruin what is so special about this series, but in all honesty, it will kill any replay value for any of these games that we all love so much. I would legit never buy another product put out by Nomura or square enix again after such a slap in the face.
Except this won't be interesting, like at all. It'll be just your n-th reused ending, which focuses on what you're used to. To Sora, this world was always weird, right from the beginning. We don't know, if he'd be happier inside a dream, or a projection rather than regaining his true memories about the world he lived b4. Rather than following the route you are saying, I'd prefer to see how the characters come to terms with this being potentially true. What their lives were before? This'd make for a great didactic storytelling rather than just fanservice "and they lived happily" ending.
Shiroshii I agree with you with basically every other story line in any other medium. There’s just something about what all of us hard core fans have been through emotionally with Sora and kairi that I just want the cheesy happily ever for them. I agree from an intrigue level and a depth of story development level that other ending options would do more to satisfy those aspects however.
@@phillipn.8320 I totally get it, but for me, the story of Kingdom Hearts is about connections, and largely how people relate to each other. It'd be a shame to sacrifice such a wide cast of characters and their problems to highlight Sora & Kairi, or any romance at all. KH3 proved for me that romance in Kingdom Hearts is not going to improve the story, quite the opposite. But even so, if Nomura decides to go through with that, they can technically all live happily outside of the reality we began the journey. If they really live in a fabricated worlds, then that means they can have bodies in the real world, therefore they can still meet after the conflict is resolved. It can end with them looking differently, or being in a different place than Destiny Islands or Twilight Town, but as long as they have their memories, and their hearts, they will be the same.
An Oath to Return to me (when I first saw that line after seeing the hints about Yozora being the original Noctis from FF13 Verses) is Normura's oath to have his beloved cancelled game return from it's, well, 2006 long absence. Verses was the Final Fantasy game we wanted, but Final Fantasy Crystalis* AKA Lightning/Cloud2.0 was what we got instead.
i dont want KH to go full FF realistic but i would however like a verum rex game that gives us more info on exactly what type of character yozora is and his origins and how he ended up where he is in remind (and i guess have sora as one of the secret bosses)
The question i see that is more important is how did luxu recruit luxord into the organisation if luxord is part of another world ? How did luxord get into kingdom hearts timeline ? How did luxu find luxord. And now the most important question is, if luxords nobody was defeated, where is the sumbody now ? This also applied to the rest of the ones who were tied to union x ? These are the type of questions we should be asking. Not what is directly infront of us. I think much like DDD riku tells Yazora to save sora. We have the clue that it was a dream, we have the clue they are trying to find sora, and lastly we have the clue that whilst in a station awakenings , there is sleep. As for how toystory world is so important. What if they did the exact same thing but to the world ? Split it into two ? There seem to be two separate stories right now. 1. The foretellers 2. Saving sora.
I like the idea of Sora's world is a "Dream world" as in it can be visited by people who sleep and has all the Disney characters and Magic and stuff. But it's real in the sense that it exists and the final world is a sorta barrier between Yozoro's world and Sora's. Meaning hearts don't disappear into darkness but simply switch sides to the other world and are born again until they switch back. Though some people (or possibly everyone) have a chance of connecting with the other side through dreams. Taking on the form they had on the other side. Thus Yozoro says that he looks different. Meanwhile he could recognize Sora because he possibly met Sora's other self (Not Roxas) and the two look similar enough to be recognizable. Sora is currently stuck between disappearing from the Dream world and entering the real one. So he's still out there but can't be found. Yozoro wants to "save Sora" By forcing him out of the dream world so he can be his real self again while Sora wants to stay. Thus the arena looks like Sora's heart in the beginning but turns into a city. It's a battle over Sora's heart.
I wonder if anyone's said that famous line before Sora did in KH1. Was there anyone BEFORE Sora that's asked that same question, if "any of this is real, or not?" Also, a little side note, the background at 14:06 where Yozora is asking that question out loud, looks like the background in KH1 when Sora asked that question out loud 14:18 , (black with mist in the background).
It has to be noctis. The crystal Sora was in was borderline similar to what noctis went through with bahamut. My theory. Noctis got all his powers, passed away at the end of the game. Found himself in the world of ocean and skies given a task. Still owning bahamuts powers, proceeds to crystallize Sora. Noctis has never seen Sora, but since he may be in soras world, he took the form of yozura. The world that appeared formed from noctis memories, but the weapon noctis used was formed from soras memory. Which is why I feel it was so reminiscent to the Leon boss fight in kh1. He even sounded like leon at the time.

Maybe, in the next game, we will explore the square world as mickey
I just realized something. Remember when Ham and Rex mistook Sora for Yozora and everyone was like “how could they think Sora looks like Yozora” , but what if they didn’t mistake Sora for him. What if he actually did look like Yozora to them.
Silent here vibes
Got me fuck up vibes
Meaning… they’re the same person. What if Sora ends up being a variation of an original much like The Nobodies & The Heartless? That would be all kinds of Fkd up. 💀
@@maraudingstar1659 it kind of parallels FF15 with Noctis being told hes not a true Caelum, and that the main villian of the story, Ardyn Izunia is the real ancestor of the true king. Everyone loves Noctis but to know his ancestor isnt a true royal blood.. could be a similar circumstance here where maybe Sora is a nobody or heartless that we love and Yozora is the true person?
But why would Yozora get told to “protect Sora”?

Omg I love that theory. That would also make sense as to why their names are similar, and why Rex thought Sora was Yozora.
Then what about cloud and all the other FF characters in the KH worlds?
Ray Bourgeois he could be a false version of cloud, and aren’t a lot of the ff characters in kh dead?
They are definitely Connected 😌😏
Spoilers for the world ends with you
I find it interesting how Yozora says his current appearance isn’t how he really looks like.
Now then
The nameless star in the Final World is probably the heart/soul of the woman in the verum rex toy-story trailer.
Bruh what if noctis entered the reapers game bruh moment
I was assuming that they were alluding to the “The World Ends With You” since the original ending cut scene from KH3 with main characters walking around Shibuya. The theory makes a lot of sense to me.
Woah!
exactly what I was thinking of!
OK , i have this theory !
let us is say that as for paying the ultimate price for using the power of awakening sora just got stuck in a time loop which will make him go over and over in this 'Kingdom hearts' world if you see the KH1 intro you will notice that sora was dreaming falling in ocean like he did in after fighting terranort and after that he wakes up in 'Destiny Island' the 'Destiny' that brought them all and after that sora meets kairi then in the same KH1 intro they watch falling stars and they see 'another sora' falling with the falling stars!
immediately after that first sora start falling again and he just repeating the 'another sora' and start falling with falling stars !!
now 'Connect' this time-loop repeating with what sora found in the final world , YES A LOT of SORAs going in different directions and repeating some different actions and sora was trying to collect his other selfs in order to return to the real world
so basically Sora did take the forbidden path and manipulate the time-line to save his friends but just messed the time-logic up and trapped him self in a time-loop where he just wakes up in Destiny island and repeat whole 'kingdom hearts series' until he reaches Yozora
now Yozora defeated sora and crystlized him so he can stop sora from repeating the time-loop he is in !
now every other sora will meet and get crystallized by yozora,
that is why yozora was saving sora by crystallizing and stopping him repeating what he is been repeating many times starting from KH1 up to KH3
im not saying the the whole KH series was just a dream -which it could possibly be- but it just some how a repeating a time-line or time-loop.
other thing to be mentioned, mostly likely dreaming is just connect worlds together and somehow these worlds get projected on another worlds as something not real to them !
like yozora's real world is just a video game in Sora's world
and maybe sora's world is just a video game or some fictional story in yozora's world
and what really connects the worlds ?
Yes, Dreams
and remember, the Final World is where Death and Dreams meets
last line is coming from a religious background, this world that the Souls 'Hearts' of vanished 'died' people and sleeping 'dreaming' people do exist in the Islamic religion, it gets more interesting...
in this world, dreaming Souls can meet dead Souls but the dreaming Souls have this amount of time before they return to their world
while dead souls being hold back from returning
what is that sounds like ? Yes , Dream Drop Distance
getting back to yozora
yozora was dreaming and he met riku and probably riku told him about sora being missing after using his power of awakening and asked him to help him finding sora and getting him back
and then Yozora 'went some trials' until he met with sora and then crysllized him to stop sora from paying the ultimate price which is being trapped in a time-loop repeating him self forever
Finally
let us not forget that sora said probably to yozora in KH1 intro
'I want to line the pieces up, yours and mine' !!
what pieces ? is it like sora was collecting his other-selfs pieces in the final world ?
“A scattered dream that's like a far-off memory... a far-off memory that's like a scattered dream... i want to line the pieces up... yours and mine.”
that is an Oath to return!
that is it and thanks for reading :)
Mueataz Mohammed love this theory! Thanks for sharing
Damn that was nice theory.
Derek Dorr I like your theory, I would be happy with this
Derek Dorr oooooo
Underrated comment, very good theory
i mean...KH is NOT allowed at the theme park O_O...soooooo
This is kind of what I am thinking. Good comment.
So what you are telling me is that these 3 games were a big build up to a sequel of that Final Fantasy game?
Sora's reality may be shattered in the next mainline game, with FF playing a larger role in hinting at it
Idk, it's 4am, I'm just spitballing ideas and hoping one sticks
I would be bummed out to if it all wasn't real but the one thing that's holding me to the the fact that it is real is the Disney factor. Disney doesn't seem like they're gonna just let Nomura slowly exclude them. I'm sure there will be Disney characters still involved in the series moving forward. Afterall they do own KH
Sora, Kairi, and Riku are owned by Disney. Kairi became an official Disney princess in the first game. So Diz will always be in the KH biz
I truly hope so.
I would love to have worlds with some of the new IPs Disney has acquired like star wars, marvel, etc. Would be the only good thing to come from that square Enix marvel game
Yozora can also steal and use the Keyblade during the fight.
hmmmm
The real question is who’s Sora for yozora and where did he heard about him
Is it Neku or something lol
@FireFlySings damn, if thats true gonna break a bunch of people. I mean yozora looks like riku af.
Maybe from a video game like Buzz Lightyear said to Sora in Toy Box World
Call me crazy.. but something tells me that Yozora is actually the real self of Sora, and Sora is actually his dream self as well as the other people we see in the Yozora reveal video may actually be the real selves of Kairi, Riku and all their friends
Saw someone say that the girl from Verum Rex, that talks to Sora in the last world, could be named Sora
Here’s my theory: Yozora is from the future. Luxord sent him back in time. Makes sense for someone with dominion over time
Hence the “impressive” line: he showed Yozora his powers
There is a theory that Yozora is from the past instead. Verum Rex suggested that Yozora's world was in the brink of destruction.
Luxord being the driver is very plausible especially when Xigbar at the beginning of the ReMind cutscene said "The question is, who are you, Luxord?"
The bad ending ends with Yozora speaking and the good ending ends with Sora speaking. I think the bad ending is Yozoras dream and the good ending is Soras dream.
Eternity in Our Hearts oh good idea!
I’ve been trying to tell people this for a little while both endings are canon because both of them are dreaming of the fight but with a different outcome
@@masterchance3801 That's a really interesting thought
I know this is two years old but it makes sense from the meaning. Night sky and sky, part light and dark
I'm now remembering that sleep was supposed to play a big part in versus 13.
So was death
Remember when ff15 was actually gonna have a story lmao
I want versus xiii to come back :(. One way or another xD
Yozora is a multiverse variant of Sora. Calling it now
I think that the crystallization of sora was a nod to final fantasy 13 the reason is because of the l'cie. when the l'cie fulfill their role that is bestowed upon them they are turned into crystal granting them eternal life.
Its a reference to any FF. But in this case probably Versus Xiii. Since its part of crystallis
😭
So like Star Ocean 3 then? Everyone hates that plot twist.
I agree it dose not mean its not real it just means maybe its possible master of masters is from some kind of REAL world or what ever TWEWY is maybe. kingdome hearts is what keeps the kingdome hearts world alive? Maybe and MOM created it
why would that bum you out?
Or she is called stella xD
@@fairydust1397 Thats also possible xD. The weird part is, is that yozora knows a sora but not our sora. So maybe it could be that her name has been changed as well :p
Explains why xigbar uhh luxu, dosen't know where luxord came from
None of this makes sense to me
- Every Kingdom Hearts fan since 2002
when did it ever make sense?
None of the characters get it either lololo
Like is any of this for real or not XD
Maybe in the final installment of Kingdom of Hearts. Everything will make sense.
I think Kairi told Yozora to save Sora, It's like the nameless star told Sora about Yozora's story.
Is there even a point to solving all these mysteries? The director is making shit up as he goes alone and every cool theory and mystery from the past has meant nothing cause either the payoff sucked or the writer just forgot about it.
We need to make these theories so we can sleep pacefully
Fart Tony lmaaao very possible
Someone finally said what I was thinking
Heterochromia makes me think he's half riku half red eyed noctis. Nomuras original plan for versus 13 was to have noctis have an evil side he has to conquer with red eyes, not saying that's who he is more like Nomuras digital middle finger to square
I think you missed a key bit of information when they meet, Sora speculates that this isn’t the real world which Yozora confirms before then saying that is not what he looks like. I have this theory that the night sky world is some kind of purgatory between that’s connected to the station of awakening and the world of ocean and sky
That was my thought. If The Final World is the place right before non-existence, then the night sky is right after that. It's world -1.
It would be cool if Yozora is Ephemer who's just been trying to find the bugs in the system for 12,000,000 years.
When I heard Yozora say that line, I knew Nomura was doing something
I will be really pissed off if everything up to this point has been a "dream."
It's basically a big middle finger to our years of emotional investment in this game by saying none of it was really happening in the first place. It makes these last 20 years of games pointless. I'd honestly drop KH if this happens, no questions asked, and I'm a die hard fan.
Vidia Ree KH3 already gave that big middle finger to our years of emotional investment 😞
What about the star you meet that tells you about Yozora and how his heart is beyond recognition?
That's the woman from Verum rex. It's also a nod to Stella from FFVsXIII since she was taken out of FFXV entirely and thus has no name. She may also be the girl that Isa an Lea were trying to save when they joined the organization.
I think all the Union X stuff is too complicated and too integrated into the main story for it to have all been a dream
14:02 Not exactly. Or rather, not entirely. It goes more like this.
Winner of the fight: I've been-
Loser of the fight: I've been having these weird thoughts lately.
Both: Like, is any of this for real or not?
Winner of the fight: None of this... makes sense to me.
16:19 I honestly don't think that's it, mainly because Yozora says it as well.
that Luxord could probably be his original persona since it hasn't been revealed yet
If they go with “it was all a dream or coma shit” on kingdom hearts like they did with drawn to life game. I’m just gonna be pissed
i think Kingdom Hearts needs to break away from Disney. I love the characters, but you can tell that Disney has been holding back Nomura from telling the story he wants to tell.
While I agree, I sure would miss Donald and Goofy :(
If they did that then there is no game really.
Truly, a Lost Master, both because he dissapeared, and because he´s a truly lost sheep, turned into a wolf.
holy fucking shit i didn't expect to see that much text when i clicked "read more"
It could be a simulation or a game of sorts.
Wow. Jus wow .
I been having these weird thoughts lately like when tf is this going to make any sense
Really great video! Awesome editing and script. Kinda got me thinking for sure o.o
Thanks, glad you liked it!
My friend have you ever heard of
Nomura’s revenge?
It's fun to think how Luxord has basically been testing Sora in every confrontation they've had. Never directly attacking him, time-based tests, etc. It's even more interesting to apply the setting of TWEWY and the Reaper Games into the mix, because it is also a time-based trial. I like to think that Luxord's been setting Sora up for the moment where he must participate and succeed in the Reaper Games. Doing so would prove worthiness of some sort to possibly assist Luxord and Yozora in their own plot of their own reality.
Turns out that the whole game series is just a dream of not-Noctis after binge watching Disney animated movies.
I believe, sora is the girl that we see in danger in the Verum Rex games.
Did anyone notice that yozora has a skull with a crown and two crossed keyblades on his right shoulder at 5:17
the fact that the man behind the wheel could be luxord blowed my mind
"it's all very confusing. Just like everything else in kingdom hearts"
No truer words have ever been said
this makes the first line of the first game a lot stranger. "I've been having these weird thoughts lately. Like is any of this for real, or not?"
JSkeleton zooms in at 13:05
Ignus driving: That's it. I'ce come up with a new recipe!
Yozora: stfu
Also, this wouldn’t be the first time that Square Enix made a game that was actually a dream. Like Final Fantasy ten for instance.
Imagine if the MoM is Nomura-- lmao nahhhhhh he wouldn't do that.....I think.
Well.......the producers have been in some of their games as bosses, sooo it might be possible.
I just want to thank you for explaining the secret episode. there is still a lot of mystery to solve. I too would hate to see the Disney characters go. I wonder what M.O.M. is up to? I am looking forward to the next installment when light is shed into darkness. maybe answers we will get?.
I'm excited for whatever comes next! :D
Imagine the gag if from now on, all worlds we get to visit will be from Dreamworks IPs
shrek swamp keyblade
Fucking Shrek and donkey
Credit goes to Shiroshii from an other video he is the one putting this incredible theory together forgot to copy paste the last sentence were I linked the video and your comment sry for that
Yozora is actually using an avatar called "Yozora" and he acts out in a virtual reality through dreams, which is why he said that "this isn't real him" and a reason why he is able to peak into the Final World, which lies at the edge of sleep and death.
It's wild.

It's wild.
Not my comment i copied it from ruclips.net/video/TPu1iCIuafo/видео.html but i think Shiroshii got something give him the credit!!! for this theory ^^
Thanks for reading ^^ and have a great day!!!
Nico Kolb In contrast with what Yozora and Sora said, everything you said makes sense. That’s why I have the feeling that Wreck-It-Ralph has a large possibility of being included in the next installment because its world somewhat follows the rules of the world being established in this Secret Episode.
Bro, at least have some decency to credit me.
You quite literally copied what I've written under the Boss Fight Database DLC Secret Ending video.
Lord Saradon This theory feel to close to Sword arc online series
Lord Saradon whoa
This blew my mind thank you for this video!
Glad you liked it!
This is really becoming one of the most interesting stories for a game I've ever seen.
Great video and theories man
Thanks! :D
The voice we hear in the car sounds exactly like ray chase when he voiced noctis! Put them side by side and you will see i’m most likely dead on!
But when Yozora woke from his sleep he still looked the same.
Is he real there either though?
I mean, that's half the point isn't it? "Is any of this real or not?"
Which part isn't real? What's the dream? The Final World being a pseudo purgatory is certainly not "real", so that tracks, but what else is or isn't? What even is "real"? How could you tell? How can *they* tell?
1:49 “He had a dream aboot Sora...”
*Canadian spotted*
🤣
Mamma Mia *MorningStarMia* I’m not sure
Disney: ok we will give you a big a game, but you have to use Disney characters for all three and you can do what ever after.
Namura: say less
I agree.
When you said that sora has strong ties to thus world and can't pass on. It sounds 1 to 1 with how the unsent work in Final Fantasy X
Nenvis Oh, someone else made the connection to 10 like I did.
9:18 ... all those years..
It's impossible, because Disney own Kingdom Hearts serie. comicbook.com/2015/08/16/kingdom-hearts-comes-to-disney-infinity-at-d23-expo/
I totally agree.
The person Yozora wants to save might be the Girl from his world in the commercial. Sora is infact a unisex name
all I know for certain is that the story will get even crazier and more convoluted in the next installments
Oh my fucking God is Sora gonna end up being the Master of Masters through some time fuckery, that would be so wild.
And to add for may your hearts be your guiding key....my heart is hollow so for me it's to give a heartless nobody being they only need a dream....
What if the master of masters is actually Old Sora? just a guess XD
Was there anyone BEFORE Sora that's asked that same question, if "any of this is real, or not?"
Also, a little side note, the background at 14:06 where Yozora is asking that question out loud, looks like the background in KH1 when Sora asked that question out loud 14:18 , (black with mist in the background).
