Once forgot about sitting on the toilet was reading something and when I finished, my leg was so numb I waited like 2 minutes on one leg to be feeling it back but wierdly and I went to take a shower and immediately I had suck a wierd feeling like I can't explain it but I almost fell it was so wierd I laughed and almost cried at the same time it was all feelings connected together into one.
I often try to get up and i fall into the wall and onto the floor. It hurts so bad too both the leg and the falling. It takes like 2 minutes of horrid pain and tingling to finally get my feeling back but the pain is excruciating for a second. It is a process which is miserable.
Also, if you have severe damage to nerves, autoimmune disorders, and a whole bunch of different things that can make this worse or completely damaging to your nerves to go to a lot of different conditions also

I just stand up and lean up against something and try not too move the leg. I slightly raise it too.
