@@tomoreilly3484 Our muscle fibers are very pliable. It might surprise you to know that a muscle can stretch up to one and a half times its original length. But tendons aren't nearly as flexible. Stretching a tendon just 4 percent beyond its resting shape can cause permanent damage.

I’ve always had a problem with my ankle popping when I walk. It’s not painful or discomforting, it’s just annoying to hear the pop of my ankle when I step.
i have that problem rn. except after its been popping all day it hurts but then goes away whenever i wake up the next day and repeats the same process again day after day

This is what people do when they actually care: They provide. They don't perform a paid service; They freely provide whatever help they can in hopes of making anyone's day the slightest bit better
Yep, but they have to eat as well. If they need to earn money to pay for food and housing, they need to monetize it somehow.
They get paid by RUclips
@@koen4261 your missing my point.
It's hard to give away information for free even when people want.
And RUclips pay is garbage for most.
Monetizing content is most effective with brand deals and affiliate links. RUclips really doesn't pay much. Definitely less than freelance video work.
These types of videos don't earn a lot.
2000 views for a short of this type will get you maybe $0.08

@@DrRowe what to do if my knee keeps cracking every 10 seconds to 1 minute. No pain but stiff.
I NEED TO DO THIS ASAP. My knees don't hurt but my left knee makes an annoying pop sound whenever I use the stairs or squatting. It goes away at random but always comes back. Hopefully this keeps my knee popping in check. Thanks fam 🙏
You have a torn minscus. I had the same issue, and eventually, they locked up and needed surgery.
@@potatolew4495 a torn meniscus is a stretch. A torn meniscus is usually assoicated with tremendous pain on top of not being able to lift let alone at all depending on the severity of the tear. He probably just has tendinits or tight muscles.
@scifi7624 I know all about them. Had o9erations on both knees to have them scraped. Constant popping was the initial symptom I experienced. I never had extreme pain, just pressure and not being able to bend it after a while.
have you tried this yet? How did you knee improve?
@@scifi7624 I have this ... issue..
It's not hurting, just annoying, and I can't seemed to squat if I put pressure on the my right knee but I can squat fine, if I equal both knees or lean more into my left.
The condition I have, seemed very similiar to when you send up and bend over trying to reach your toes, you'd feel the stretch in your knees... and it would be slightly painful.
The pain is identical in that way, same kind of pain when you bend over. Except I feel it when I wake up... and when go down the stair. Upstair is ok... and rest of the day, I feel uncomforatble here & there but I can walk & run without issue I do still feel uncomfortable with it but it's not enough to stop me from running.
Do you know what might cause it?
Doctor here can't tell anything... they keep giving pain med and once taken it, it would go away for a until drug wears off and the something happened again.
We don't have chiropractic here...
I scan x-ray, nothing was out of ordinary but I am slightly over weight.
Thank you so much! My knee has been pretty like painful recently and when ever I like go up stairs or something at the top of my knee it’s been hurting doing this technique has helped a lot. 😊

My knee has been popping a lot and started to hurt today and finally found this video and it made a really loud pop and now I have almost no pain and feel way better thank you
I want you to know, because I give you full credit, that when my knee popped today, the very first thought that went through my mind was, "I need to strengthen the soft tissues around the knees. I better break out the coconut oil and spoon." Literally, minutes later, I was able to watch this, and it is a different, simple, and effective method that can be quickly done almost anywhere. After I did this, my knee didn't pop again. I think that I'll do this for maintenance.
Keep at it!
I don't know why I find the "for maintenance" part so funny 😅😂😂
@@CristianLopez-xd6pg dude, I was literally thinking the same thing. I imagined us humans as something like a car/machine type thing. And we are but the wording was indeed hilarious.
For how long did it work for you before repeating the exercise?
@@alexanderf.2290 I do this frequently, when I think about it, to help keep the soft tissues exercised/strengthened. For me, it will be an ongoing exercise into perpetuity.
Me left knee has some bad and loud popping when bending it. It annoys my wife and is unpleasant to her, since she has an chronic illness which also increases her noise intolerance.
I did the exercise for a few repetition and the popping is gone! (at least for now)
I will do this regularly, thank you for the video!

Thanks so much for this. I've been dealing with a knee that chronically pops and becomes quite sore if I overwork it, for over 20 years (an overuse injury of sorts). How often should we do this (daily, 3x/ wk, multiple times a day, or?). I assume it's a maintenance exercise that will need to be done the rest of our lives.
Thanks again for your generosity!
