please help me😢. I have been suffering from lower back pain since 5 months. Please listen to my story I will be so grateful 😢. I am a football player and 5 months ago i pulled my left lower back muscles... after that it feels like the pull recovered but the pain in si join and muscles around it didn't go. We tried every possible exercise ,medicines and checked xray and mri and found nothing helpful and found that I have a herinated disc and Some si joint problem... along with lumbar lordosis Please tell me a solution 😢😢
My knees have popped and cracked for decades, but usually painlessly. I was a bit concerned about being able to functionally do stretch 2, but then you showed stretch 3 as an alternative! I need to get one of those S&M tools. Hoping this will help strengthen and quiet everything going on in my left knee once and for all.
Came back to say that this was extremely helpful. Saw a difference immediately. That said, I do yoga 5 days a week. Still this video helped s lot. Thank you.
Thank you for this video! I am a massage therapist of 11 years and trained in level 1 orthopedic massage through Hendrickson Method. I also teach Zumba part time and have been practicing my routines a lot lately and often times without shoes on first thing in the morning (which I sometimes do just to quickly get more practice in before I start my day). Anyhow my right knee/leg started aching a lot this past week and yesterday a "clicking" sound started as I straightened my leg! Literally every time I would straighten my leg it would click. I found your video late last night and I did this video today and already the clicking is down significantly! Very happy about that. Thank you for your guidance and I could tell right away you knew what you were talking about.
I'm three years out from a second patella tendon rupture repair and my knee pops and clicks after I run. Most noticeable in the mornings when I descend stairs. I'll give this a go.
This was great! Thank you. I’ve been in dance and cheerleading since I could walk and now that I’m 30 my left knee randomly comes to remind me I’m not as in shape as I once was 😅
#2 is amazing and iv never done that before. Buddy you may have just helped me pass my wildfire fitness Test. Should these not work either your doing it wrong or you need a surgeon
You totally just made my morning, @Godsfavorite1919! I'm very blessed to have this platform and share knowledge that hopefully helps other people. Thanks for commenting and for your support!
If it's not painful it's nothing to worry too much about. However if you would like it to stop the techniques presented in this video should help! Good luck!
I have a grade 3 acl tear. When i am sitting and trying to straighten the leg my knee gives cracking sounds and feels like bones are touching. What is the reason for that ?
I tore my ACL and MCL a couple weeks ago and I'm doing prehab to be at my best possible for surgery. However, as the sweeling went down, my knee started to crack when I would bend it but only after I would tighten it straight. Is it normal? Some cracks are small and barely audible but some have been so loud that people in the street turned around...
I am having a knee pain while during situps recently and also there a poping sound can u tell me the reason and it is okay to do heavy exercises during the knee pain
Brother if you could see the amount of blankets, rugs, sound-dampening panels and pillows behind that camera you would be amazed! 😂 It's a small space with a rubber gym floor that still produces a lot of echo. If you have any other ideas I'm more than open to them! 🙏🏼
I really hope this guy responds. I know I'm late to the party but is there any chance this helps for popping sounds caused by scar tissue? I am?/was a quad dominant athlete that sprained my knee about 6 months ago. Its pretty much back to normal but crunchier than ever. My PT says its normal and just from scar tissue and says its no big deal because it doesn't cause pain, but as a dancer its extremely embarrassing and awkward for my knee to sound so terrible. Im glad its functional again but I REALLY want it to not sound so consistently crunchy. My muscles are very flexible but even with all the stretching it sounds like I'm stepping on a water bottle when I squat or extend my knee. Im gonna do all the tips in the video regardless, just really hoping for someone to give me some hope that this isn't my forever knee
just because it didn't work for you, doesn't mean it won't work for everybody. why do you feel the need to convince people not do try things that may help them? sadist energy
Most instances aren't damaging, @gina1465, but if you'd like the noise to stop these are some great options to do that! I hope they help you; thanks for commenting.

So, I had a dislocation and my kneecap pops and cracks with pain!! How do I fix that?
Put a few fabric hangings in that room and it will absorb that echo sound.
