Hello I recently had Patella femoral joint pain diagnosed from a physio I am a porter in a hospital 3 weeks ago my knee buckled could not walk properly I’ve followed your. Video to the latter and brilliant result I never been into fitness but my injury has Inspired me to change and total work my leg muscles and knee thanks for the help

What do you suggest if it's very irratiable sitting at work can even irritate it? Are wallsits double leg high up on the wall a good begineer exercise for this?

Pain in knee very badly ...bcse of knee pain my thigh is in also pain....its create some kind of sound...whenever I m relaxing then no pain if I walk little much or sit for long hours its start pain very badly...its start with some heavy weight exercise nd now I suffer for almost 1 month plzz help me out...I am 22 year old...plz help me out
