I tore my meniscus in 2 places and am 4 months post surgery but I’m still having a lot of difficulty with weight bearing, are these exercises helpful to build strength?
This is super helpful! I had part of my knee shaved down and a tendon removal last year but found that my other knee compensated whilst I was in recovery. So now I’m experiencing lots of pain in my ‘good’ knee. I used to train heavily but now I can barely squat with weight without pain. I’ve been enjoying your LISS videos for knee pain and using all your tips! I’m so hoping this will eventually strengthen my knees and help the pain. Thank you!

I recently hurt my knees running on concrete for a week, trying to follow your 5k guide...found this video to help...it's a game changer, really helps. I stand alot should I also consider a knee brace & ice and elevate at night? My knees get stiff & pop when not exercising them out. Please advise!!

This is wonderful stuff...great demonstration by Dr.Jared...But only drawback I personally feel is the repeating sets of these excersises...I get bored after doing 1 time and avoid doing sets...it is not that motivating ...but I understand this can really help releive Knee pain ..that's the whole purpose! I hope to find some motivation to do it regularly everyday...
I’ll comment about anything if you ask! Lol, it’s my weak elbow, little soreness from over use, so I gave it more rest and wrapped it? Single leg deadlift was hard to do, balance, I can do 8 reps each leg after a full workout
For the sidelying exercise it would have been helpful to see a view from your head looking down your body so we could see how far you were moving you foot back.

These look great and glad you go into form but with a suspected torn meniscus I would be afraid to do most of these exercises.
I had reactive arithritis last year and my knees still pains sometimes are these exercises helpful to them

I am in pain from.2.months due to.nerve. Compression in leg and inflammation also....pls suggest any of ur excercise
