Numbness with back pain is usually due to nerve compression from the back. I would suggest getting checked out by a physical therapist to make sure. Thanks for watching!
I have been sitting for many hours for the last 14 years. Could this be Meralgia Parastethica? The numbness in the lateral thigh is so annoying. What can I use for numbness?
Hard to say without more testing. Many patients that we see who sit for prolonged periods typically have back pain and numbness from over compression of the spine.
So simple, yet, it worked!
Glad it helped!
Thank you Sir..
Most welcome
I started having numbness on the outer thighs only. Bilateral. Not below the knee. Would this be due to my back pain. Or is this something else?
