if you consider standard deviation the wedges are (predictably) identical, its pretty hard for them to improve on a vokey, hasnt really changed in 20 years, cheers for the video!
Glad you liked it. With wedges there is very little that is possible within the rules but we are certainly seeing a slightly lower launch on short pitches with SM10
Impressive to see the improvement in spin consistency. I’ve played around with the 56 S grind. I’ve always though is the S sat a bit flat and was difficult to hit a lower flighted shot with. The SM10 version is much better.
Great video. Liked and subscribed. Are the bounce and grind universal across all wedges? Reason I ask is I currently have Callaway Jaws MD5 Wedges with 10S, would it also be 10S with Vokey Wedges?
They are not completely. An S grind tends to be the same across all brands but then done will call an M grind a C grind etc so as a start point it is best to reference bounce number and to look at the progression of the sole shape in order to compare them
your attack angle was like 3 degrees different on the 56 sm10 and sm9... you cant say the different cg is the cause f different launch angle lol just sayin
On the 56 I agree as AofA was steeper with SM10 but on the 50 the AofA was steeper on SM9 and it was the same launch instead of lower and AofA was identical on the 60 and SM10 launched lower and span at least as much so more spin per degree of launch. Ultimately this is human testing not a robot so there are some variables but 2 out of 3 times the SM10 produced lower launch with the same or more spin without AofA help so we feel a definite progression in performance. We appreciate you highlighting to keep things as honest as possible!

@@Precision_Golf Are you delivering the same dynamic loft with both?
There is a 2 degree difference in the attack angle with the 56, makes a difference in the numbers
Sadly we are human and not robots but we do our best. The 60 degree data was as good as identical though and we still saw a similar difference

Glad you enjoyed, thanks for watching Chris
Did Titleist sort out that ridge on the T Grind ? Or does it still need a little grinding ?
It is still there so for some players do need it “softening”

I had a 54S in the callaway, I ended up in a 54F in the Vokeys

How many shots per round are we losing by using the stock S200 shafts than the S400 shafts the pros use ;)
Ooo we did a video on DG vs DG Tour issue, check it out. You won’t be surprised 😁
I'm still using my vokey 200 series satin Chrome 48, 52,56. 😂
They won’t spin back off the front of greens!
First like from me
Thank you!

That feels so weird to say
Just say it 😂👍🏻 thanks for watching
