China - Martins Complete Ultimate Tribute

- Continuing my re edited tour of EPCOT Centers original pavilions, see the history of the China pavilion, how it was designed and laid out, and built.
Then go back to the 1980s for a tour, complete with a new multi camera edit of Wonders of China, with source quality audio and screen flicker minimised or removed.
See the changes made to the pavilion, and then explore it as it is today, in full HD. Walk inside, and experience a brand new multi camera edit of Reflections of China. This was shot with 3 groups of 3 screens, enabling me to concentrate on any group of screens as desired with minimal camera shake or movement, and smoothly pan around the theatre or zoom as needed during post production as opposed to trying to capture the desired footage and angles whilst shooting. With a new stereo source score / ALD narration / clean live ambiance audio mix, and again no screen flicker.
Exit the theatre, look around the market and stores, and then look around Nine Dragons restaurant. - Развлечения
Anybody else feel strangely sad watching these old Epcot videos? It's especially odd given that World Showcase hasn't gone away or anything. Nostalgia is a weird beast! Thanks Martin for putting these together!
I know right, it's not like it's gone per-say, but the fact that Disney now have turned so many things into film stuff like Frozen in Norway, why the heck would you put a Frozen ride in Norway and call the place "Arendale"?!, like that has NOTHING to do with Norway at all!
Same with France, they're putting in a Rattatouile ride - why? Some parts of EPCOT/World Showcase doesn't need to be changed. What's next - changing India to a Aladdin themed pavillion? Changing China to a Mulan themed pavillion?
Ratatouille celebrates the food of France in the movie, its a much better fit than Frozen which features no references to Norway.
@@GenGamesUniverse What Epcot do you go to? The one I go to doesn't have an India pavilion. Guessing you mean the Morocco pavilion.
@@AJ17_ Yeah, I meant Morocco, I got them mixed up.
Thank you, Martin! Love your "Martin's CUT" (Complete Ultimate Tribute) series. You do a fantastic job as always.
One amazing hour to come! Thanks Martin for your work
I just discovered your videos, you are an absolute hero! What fantastic work. Thank you!!!
Another wonderful video Martin :)
Amazing job Martin. As always...
Thanks for all the hard work putting this together!
Great as always
Ahh a nice surprise to come home to after work! Thank marni
Wow! It's so seamless in the Circle-Vision. Feels like you're actually there.
Nicely put together Martin. Very professional as usual.
Thank u!! Beautifully done as always.
That's gotta be Keye Luke narrating the original. Great voice. Sadly, he had passed by the time they revised it.
Yes, that's him.
Lekker video MArtin
How about that for timing on your upload after discussing China & Japan music yesterday! ! 😂👍 I shall watch though video and I'll let you know if the illusive music from souvenir program is on here! Cheers Martin ☺
Everytime I think of this pavilion I think of Mulan XD
I loved the original movie.
Just a question, are you planning on remaking your test track tributes at some point? Also great video as always!
Nope, Test Tracks are done. Until version three! I’m redoing all the Showcase edits that originally weren’t in HD.
@@marni1971 Ahh, do you know if there will be a version 3 at some point? Obviously it wouldn't be for a while I'm sure
I know zooming in on some of the screens is your way of highlighting the best parts of the show, and I like it, but it can get somewhat repetitive, don't you think? 🤔
Just to note, you’ve skipped over the Norway pavilion.
Norway wasn't one of the original pavilions
I stand corrected.
I also did Norway in 2010 :)
you know what disney should do in order to boost attendance at Epcot? SELL MCDONALDS SZECHUAN MCNUGGET SAUCE!!! I mean, all the Rick and Morty fans went crazy over the limited amount at Mcdonalds. So it would really boost attendence for them to serve chicken nuggets with szechuan sauce, because it would probably be the only place in the world to get it.
They won't, because they tried McDonalds in Downtown Disney a few years ago and it failed miserably.
well,i mean disney and mcdonalds are strengthening their relationship, mcdonalds just started making toys based on disney films again with incredibles 2, which they haven't really done for 10 years, so that must mean something..
it didn't fail, their partnership ended
@@GenGamesUniverse Failed? That McDonald's was always PACKED. Far from failure. It closed because Disney's partnership with McDonald's for restaurants in the parks/Downtown Disney ended in 2006 and everything was completely removed from the parks by 2008.
