If you're obese, your best exercise will be a fork putdown. Weight loss is 90% diet. Bump up your protein, cut out processed foods including all sugar and refined carbs, you *will* lose body fat, irrespective of your exercise routine (although I'd also recommend lifting heavy things).

Having an exercise science degree and working in nutrition research and as a personal trainer, he is only partially correct when talking about diet. I disagree with him saying that the body is inefficient at using carbohydrates if not already lean and the way to cut body fat is to cut carbs. I disagree. The way to cut body fat is to be in a caloric deficit, however you create that deficit is up to you.

Depending on the style of exercise women do, we will certainly bulk up.....not to the same level as men but we will look bulky for our frame. It doesn’t even take years with heavy weights and minimal cardio.

None of these guys had physiques or transformations that correspond to PED use. As someone who has trained both on and off PEDS, what they achieved in the same time-frames is completely possible naturally, providing you are wealthy enough to be able to devote several months purely towards a physical transformation.

I wish I had enough money to hire someone like this. I've tried bulking up so many times and end up always hurting myself/not knowing my limits and falling off the wagon. Typically muscle pulls or tears.

That depends on your body type. My thighs really bulk up after doing heavy weight squats or leg press and I'm eating like 1400 calories a day
