@Jesus is NOT Religion. That is not what creatine does. Creatine is responsible for the atp response. This allows the cells to create more energy. Cells have more energy to work harder. Working harder leads to more stress on the muscles. Yes it does allow the individual to gain muscle but in this case...... In 16 weeks?? With big Traps and big shoulders? That's the work of something like anavar or Dbol.

Doug Gerber I did 15 pounds in a 14 week college semester. Totally natural and I pushed myself hard in the gym but nothing crazy. Just ate and ate and ate. Everyone saying this is drugs/steroids just lack commitment.

@@epicfilms90 14 lbs of muscle? Age plays a role also, because from what I know (don 't quote me on this) , your hormones stabilize at around 20 something (thus you might have some excess flowing) . Or you could just inject, like most people do nowadays (or take SARMS) .

Look at his traps and delts, dead giveaway to using juice. If you didn't know, your traps and to a lesser extent, delts, have the highest number of testosterone receptors in the body. Thus, they pop much more quickly than other muscles while using.
