I love my Phonak Audeo Lumity's. I have had them 6 months and the inserts keep falling out. As a result, I lost one aid and never knew it. The best part is the adjustability with the Phonakl App and my Apple iPhone. I am looking for an insert that will stay in.

Thank you, I will do that. The slimtips are more comfortable and seem to bring equal quality sound as the Cshells, I think I now have the perfect hearing aids, Lumity Life with Slimtips!! @@phonak

Not helpful. I suggested headphones because of fat fingers and diminishing fine motor skills. I will keep trying, but it’s kinda like a gymnast trying to teach a back flip to a 70+ disabled person by doing ONE.

The wire seems to fit around your ear very well, can that wire be formed specifically for my shape ? Can I heat it and bend it so it fits better?

Moved much too fast for adequate viewing, as it inserts into ear with earpiece. Slowing down would be helpful.
