In episode 19 it is mentioned that the 001 SUV (the chief of police I believe) was at the scene.
and it has been said the Maurra supposedly took the alcohol with her... you mentioned that this cop (in episode 19 at 41:30) "used to ride around in his cruiser, drinking"
and didn't the psychic say something about a dark SUV?
    or
"Witness A", who was a female ( more trustworthy than a male) picked up Maurra...
and if this so called "Witness A" drove past the the crash site and saw two cars nose to nose with eachother how did Butch Atwood or Faith Westman not see any vehicles near the scene within the time the police arrived?
    someone is clearly hiding something.
who made the "scanner" call at 7:05PM?

There was not very much connected to the Maura Murray case, but I did find the episode fascinating even though it ran a lot longer than the usual podcasts. It did make me want to check out the other podcasts at Suspect Convictions. Great job as usual, but I do think that Chloe would have made a good addition to the interview. Her opinions are always insightful.

Open your damn eyes, Scott Reeder.

This seems like 2 different statistical factors taking place in the same window of time. Maura was demonstrating a pattern of poor judgment which were resulting in bad outcomes. The West Point incidents, the credit card, the car crashes and what appears to be a pretty strong commitment to maintaining a supply of alcohol.
I think you take this pattern of behavior and combine it with the "The Law of Truly Large Numbers", and this puts her in yet another possible DUI car crash which created an opportunity for an anomaly to occur. What that anomaly is.... who knows? Regardless of what actually happened to her, it is statistically improbable. The odds of this being a pre-meditated plan to escape her life is as unlikely as her running into someone that is willing to abduct or murder a stranger on the side of the road. In a large enough population, roadside abductions do happen but they are not even close to common.

I well remember Mark Kilroys story. That area is by my hometown. It's still the worst case I have ever heard. It's horrific what happened

Jame's theory about Maura is crazy...

    A) Certainly a horrible crime that I had not heard about.
    B) No relevance at all to Maura Murray's disappearance.
BTW, Liggins' third trial ended with a hung jury. There will be a fourth trial.

at the 73 minute mark they are trying so hard not to start laughing at something...when Scott says "its been 27 years, many of the witnesses are dead" look at them fighting it haha. Such an awful and disgusting case but damn that part made me laugh...i have to admit.

Did this guest have a speech impediment? If he has please forgive me. If he doesn't, I have to say I found him very hard to listen to. He sounded like he was burping throughout this podcast. Apart from that I enjoyed his input. ( if he had a bad case of the hiccups, it would bode well for him, or you to make light of it because he may get more listeners to his podcast. Until I get clarification, I will not be sampling his podcast. Love you guys though, very easy on the ears and interesting. 😊
