Great review. Can you please tell me was your ticket the equivalent to Business Basic, Business Standard, or Business Up? What's the difference between the three seatings? Thanks.

I think these 3 options are more about ticket flexibility than anything else. Our seats were as good as any in the cabin,

Just an FYI, in the asian culture, the number 4 is very unlucky. The literal translation/sound of 4 is similar to "death," so many airlines & hotels won't use the #. Same thing with 14.
