- UPDATE - Since putting up this cupcake peanut butter bird feeder the birds have been eating a lot as it seems many more species of birds are feeding as well. I would definitely recommend putting one out for the birds and experiment with the ingredients .

That’s a great project for them dull times before the great weather gets here. The birds have a paradise around your place Steve…..CHEERS
Thanks Gator, yes a easy project if you have a way to keep out the squirrels as they love peanut butter too.
Great idea Steve! I love the fact that you’re always thinking outside the box Buddy!
Thanks Doug , keeps the brain active eh :)
I have suet feeders. We got a grocery store around the corner that has a peanut butter machine, You turn it on, only peanuts go in and the creamy peanut butter comes out, no additives. Steve Rob thinking and building! Good DIY Steve.
Thanks bud , an easy project for all to try 👍
A great project to make for any one indeed. Mix some good 'ol bird feed in there for an extra treat even! Awesome stuff!!
Yes absolutely 👍. Cheers.
Great idea Steve, the silicone instead of the paper makes a lot of sense. Thanks for sharing, Ben 👋😎👍🐦
Hi Ben, it's a big hit with the birds 👍
Great bird feeder ideas Steve. I imagine a fella good mix some seeds in with the peanut butter.
Hi Kenny
Yes absolutely mixed seeds would be awesome.
Great idea steve, i bet they love it.
Yes they do but the squirrels are some upset .
@@SteveRobReviews lmao love to hear that
Simple and effectively squirrel proof! But if you lived in one of those "fancy" neighbourhoods you would need to drop Reeses Pieces in there🤣
See ya next time Steve✌
Hi Marc
So far its squirrel proof , I hope it stays like that .
Amazon has a good price on these re-useable silicone baking cups!
What a great idea Steve. This is something I will give a try. That wire does a nice job keeping it out of reach of the squirrels. Cheers
Thanks Lloyd , without the wire it would definitely be a squirrel feeder 😂
At my place, if I put the peanut butter cups out in the snow to cool, the crows would be off with them and then come back and sit on the eaves trough and laugh at me! Good idea and feeder. Does the owl on the fence deter birds?
Hi Craig
We have crows , never see them on my bird feeders yet . The owl worked for a while but they get used to it over time .
How's she goin'? The birds that find your place are some happy birds I bet!! Nice job and the idea of the silicone cups are a great idea too. But there is nothing on this earth that is completely squirrel proof. Just sayin'!! LOL Take 'er easy!!
😂😂 so far its squirrel proof but over time they might get more inventive.
@@SteveRobReviews It seems squirrels will never stop until they get what they are looking for!!
@@GrampiesWorkshop I have a plan B to fix their wagon if they get to the feeders :)
@@SteveRobReviews I know what my Plan B is, I wonder what yours will be!!
@@GrampiesWorkshop No firearms will be used 😂
Nice of you to make "Sugar Free" Reese's Cups for the Birds Cheers 👍
And they love it , the ones with lots of bird seed even more .
Clever. Steve the bird whisperer
HAHAHA, thanks Johnathan.
Wow. Look at you, Steve 👍I have pretty much none experience of bird feeding. I really like what you have done, Buddy ❤👋
You can build stuff so give it a try , the birds are nice to have around.
I'll show this to my wife, she's the main bird feeder in the house. She's also a bit of a bird nerd.
Great idea Steve
Yes absolutely give it a try with some mixed bird seed mixed in .
love your videos, great idea here. Saw the unpack of the riding mower and the synthetic oil videos also.
Thanks 👍 much appreciated.
Great idea Steve. Those long winter months are hard on our feathered friends and so nice to see you’re putting out feeders for them. Wonderful idea that is simple and cheap to make. Cheers and thanks
Thanks bud 👍
It does look good cupcake 😂 And by any chance do you name your birds? Would think some people do. Have a good one Steve 😊
The birds seem to all look alike Joe :)
Yep that’s a problem. My wife has some cats i call them Get but they all seem to know who I’m talking to. Full name Get away from me.
