  • UPDATE - Since putting up this cupcake peanut butter bird feeder the birds have been eating a lot as it seems many more species of birds are feeding as well. I would definitely recommend putting one out for the birds and experiment with the ingredients .

I have suet feeders. We got a grocery store around the corner that has a peanut butter machine, You turn it on, only peanuts go in and the creamy peanut butter comes out, no additives. Steve Rob thinking and building! Good DIY Steve.

At my place, if I put the peanut butter cups out in the snow to cool, the crows would be off with them and then come back and sit on the eaves trough and laugh at me! Good idea and feeder. Does the owl on the fence deter birds?

      Hi Craig
We have crows , never see them on my bird feeders yet . The owl worked for a while but they get used to it over time .
