Easy peach pie recipe
Ingredients:
150g unsalted butter, room temperature
150g granulated sugar
3 large eggs, room temperature
1tsp vanilla extract
1tsp baking powder
190g all-purpose flour
300 g canned peaches
Icing sugar to dust
In a large bowl beat butter with sugar until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, beat until well combined before the adding next one, and periodically stop and scrape down the bowl. Then add vanilla extract.
Add in the flour and baking powder.
At the end add cutted peaches. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Preheat the oven to 350°F(180°C) and bake for about 30-40m or until a wooden pick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from the pan and let cool completely on a wire rack.
