Easy Lemon Crinkle Cookies Recipe (Quick and Delicious)
Lemon Crinkle Cookies Recipe
160g granulated sugar
Zest of 1 lemon
110g unsalted butter(melted)
2 large eggs at room temperature
1tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Juice of 1 lemon
280g all-purpose flour
100g iced sugar
½tsp baking soda
Direction
In a large bowl mix together sugar and lemon zest. For extra flavor, rub them together with your fingers until the mixture feels like wet sand. Whisk in the melted butter, eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla until well combined. Then add flour and baking soda and mix until combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop the chilled cookie dough into balls (approxi...

Thanks❤The texture will be different, but you can substitute eggs for flaxseeds. For every egg, use 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseeds mixed with 2.5 tablespoons of water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.

After adding eggs in butter , it becomes curdy not smooth....what should i do?
I recommend you to take all of your ingredients out of the fridge one hour before you plan to prepare your cake.The most common cause of curdled cake batter is cold eggs and cold milk. Anyway if it happens add 1-2 tbsp of flour mixture and mix until the batter is smoothed.
