    Dough:
    -250g all-purpose flour
    -120ml warm milk
    -50g sugar
    -7g instant yeast
    -30g butter at room temperature
    -1 whole egg
    Custard cream:
    -370ml milk
    -80g sugar
    -15g all-purpose flour
    -15g cornstarch
    -3 egg yolks
    -Vanilla extract
    Directions:
    The flour, instant yeast, warm milk, egg, and sugar mix together and make a dough. Add butter at room temperature. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
    Punch down the dough on a lightly floured surface and divide into balls(30-40g) cover and let them rise for about 30 minutes. Fry donuts in the hot oil until they are golden brown. Transfer to the wire rack to drain.
    Custard Cream Filling:
    Whisk together the yolks, vanilla extract, and sugar until the color lightens. Sift the cornstarch and flour and whisk. Slowly add hot milk. Strain the mixture back into the saucepan, place the pot over medium-high heat, and cook while whisking continuously until thickened and slowly boiling. Remove from the heat and pour it into a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, lightly pressing the plastic against the surface to prevent skin from forming. Chill it for at least 1 hour.
