    Ingredients for the dough:
    • 180ml warm milk
    • 90g unsalted butter
    • 50g granulated sugar
    • 50g light brown sugar
    • 1 large egg
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 420g all-purpose flour(plus more for dusting)
    • 7g packet of instant yeast
    Ingredients for the filling:
    • 60g unsalted butter at room temperature
    • 70g light brown sugar
    • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
    Ingredients for the glaze:
    • 115g cream cheese at room temperature
    • 30g unsalted butter at room temperature
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 220g powdered sugar
    • 2 tablespoons milk
    Directions:
    For a few seconds, send the milk and butter mixture to the microwave. It should be warm, not hot. Then add granulated sugar and brown sugar, whisk, and set aside. In a large bowl stir together flour, instant yeast, and salt, and add the milky mixture. Then egg and vanilla extract. Mix until the dough starts to come together. Continue kneading until the dough is flexible and tacky to the touch but doesn't stick to your fingers. Transfer the dough to a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap or a dish towel and place the dough in a warm place until doubled in size (about 2 hours).
    Turn the dough out onto a well-floured surface. Roll the dough into roughly a 12×18inch rectangle. Spread the room-temperature butter onto the dough. In a small bowl stir together the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the buttered dough. Roll up the dough into a tight log. Use a serrated knife or unflavored dental floss and cut the log into 10 or 12 pieces.
    Lightly grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray. Place the rolls in the baking dish, cover, and let sit in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
    Preheat the oven to 350F(180°). Uncover the rolls and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top. Meanwhile, beat the cream cheese, butter vanilla, and milk until smooth. Sift in the powdered sugar and beat on low speed until well combined. Spread the frosting on the warm rolls, let them cool for 5 minutes, and enjoy!
