Thank you so much for this, I've saved it for future reference! It'll be great to see Roo progress! What you said reminded me of something a running friend said about training... that every day of training, whether it's yoga, or a strength session, slow run, fast run, etc, every session no matter how good/ bad/ big/ small, is a deposit in the bank. It all adds up, and when race day comes, you go make the withdrawal and hope you've made enough deposits to cover it! 😆

This has been very helpful. I was looking for ways to engage my new horse during training sessions and for future endurance training and conditioning. Thanks!

This is very helpful, I will put in place this training program and see how my horse improves. I'd love to have some flat terrain, where I live -NZ- it is only hills and more hills! No lack of hill work!

I miss having great Hill work, I actually think it's better than training on the flat x

Random thoughts/comments as I watch: Roo is so cute. It'll be fun to watch him train. Is it just me, or does he seem a bit stiff? I'd love to know how the EquiLab works. Love the slow mo video idea! I'll use that. Thank you for taking us along for the ride! -Holly

Well spotted, particularly on the left rein. He was quiet right down his right side the week this was filmed, he had Physio a fewer days after 👍 x
